Research On The Talent Cultivation Program Of Physical Education Major In Ordinary Colleges And Universities Of Hunan Province

With the rapid development of global economy and the continuous development of China's comprehensive national strength,the national and social demand for teachers has changed from "quantity" to"quality".Physical education is a major with a long history,mature and stable development.It is also the only one with the goal of training physical education teachers.Since its establishment,it has trained a large number of high-quality physical education teachers-for China.Sports education professional,however,there exist many problems,the talent training quality is affected by the serious,at present,the overall number of sports education specialized recruitment of students point continues to rise,professional and serious unbalanced regional distribution,sports education professional competition has evolved into the talent training quality of competition,and the quality of the talent training scheme affects the quality of personnel training.This article USES the literature material method,comparative analysis,expert interview and logical analysis,from the analysis of hunan province,15 common colleges and universities sports education professional personnel training scheme of training target,training specifications,length of schooling credits,curriculum and practice link of the status quo,analyze the problems and reasons,and aims at common colleges and universities of hunan province sports education professional personnel training scheme optimization strategy.This study drew the following conclusions:(1)At present,the training program of physical education professionals in ordinary institutions of higher learning in Hunan province aims to train physical education teachers and sports-related talents.In terms of training specifications,the three aspects of "teacher qualification","social service ability" and "aesthetic ability" of graduates have not received much attention.In terms of credit system,students graduate using a fixed length of time,flexibility is small;In the course setting,the percentage of credits of compulsory courses is significantly higher than that of elective courses,and the course structure is well planned and lacks flexibility.ln practice,there are still problems of short cycle and few types.(2)At present,there are some problems in the talent training program of physical education major in Hunan ordinary institutions of higher learning,such as the same goal setting,lack of vocational qualification requirements,incomplete credit system,inaccurate curriculum setting,and insufficient educational practice.(3)Universities the mistake understanding of "national standard",the social demand for talent constantly tend diversification,the flexibility of the universities in running schools has not implemented,the relationship between general education and professional education in chaos,higher education and basic education in the middle of the cohesion is not enough,is led to the current common colleges and universities in hunan province sports education professional personnel training scheme for the existing problems of influencing factors(4)At present,the optimization strategies of training programs for physical education professionals in colleges and universities in Hunan province are as follows:oriented by social needs,paying attention to the characteristics of training objectives;Guide students to obtain certificates and emphasize the importance of vocational qualifications;To improve the credit system and realize students' right to choose;Improve the curriculum system and integrate the first,second and third classes;Pay attention to the practice of education,improve the vocational skills of students and teachers.
