With the rapid development of China's society and economy,China's training industry has also developed rapidly in the past decade.Due to its low industry barriers,many domestic and international capital inflows into the education and training industry have increased the competition between the training industry.What followed was the competition for talent,which led to a higher rate of brain drain in the industry as a whole.In the final analysis,the market competition is still the competition of talents,so the brain drain is the most concern for the company.This article starts with the actual problems of X training institutions,analyzes and analyzes various problems in talent management,analyzes the causes of brain drain from the outside of the company,within the company,and employees,and aims at each target.The solution was proposed.This article elaborates the research background and significance of the dissertation.Starting with the status quo of talent management in X-training institutions,it analyzes the quantity and quality structure of talents,and summarizes the current status of talent management in enterprises;The analysis of the negative impact of brain drain and brain drain on enterprises revealed that the brain drain caused by the X training institutions from the outside of the company,from the external perspective of the company,the intensified competition in the traditional training industry and the impact of online education on traditional education Impact;from the internal perspective of the recruitment of unscientific work and lack of a sound training system;from the perspective of individual employees personal development plans and the need for self-realization can not be met,and other reasons for the 13 reasons and propose solutions for each reason.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the solutions and the protection of the corresponding effects,this article also formulated and implemented the five steps,as well as the corresponding measures at the strategic level,management level and business level of the enterprise.It is expected that the solutions and safeguards proposed in this paper for various reasons can improve the current status of talent management in X-trainingorganizations,thereby reducing the problem of brain drain in enterprises.
