With the rapid development of economy and technology,social changes are changing with each passing day,and profound changes have taken place in the field of education.However,most primary and secondary schools still cultivate students in the traditional way of teaching and subject separation,which is prone to practical problems of theoretical and social derailment and difficult to develop students'comprehensive quality.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a group of such primary and secondary school teachers,who can design teaching for change when facing the complex teaching environment,that is,design thinking.Design thinking belongs to the methodology of innovative thinking,which can effectively integrate multi-disciplinary content to provide methods and tools for the process of innovative teaching and fully stimulate creativity.This research chooses the undergraduate normal students in the Education College of the author's school as the experimental object.They are the future primary and secondary school teachers who are interested in the development of education.This paper mainly studies how to improve their design thinking ability through the teaching of courses.Starting from "design thinking" and on the basis of summing up the previous studies,the author analyses its ideas,methods and models,forms a set of design thinking processes,methods and activities suitable for undergraduate normal students,and integrates them into the course "Design thinking and interdisciplinary teaching",constructs a curriculum design framework,and conducts practical research in an interdisciplinary group.Through questionnaires,interviews and evaluations of learners' works,the results show that learners can make systematic and innovative instructional designs in the process of problem discovery,brainstorming,design scheme,rapid prototyping,evaluation test and iterative development.In the concentric map,Scamper method,world coffee method and other design thinking activities,learners can fully stimulate creative ideas and mobilize design enthusiasm for the pursuit of perfect teaching design.In addition,learners have exercised their abilities of analysis,summary and expression in the process of experiencing independent thinking and teamwork.It can be seen that design thinking provides effective tools and methodologies for instructional design.The significance of this study is to help undergraduate normal students prepare for the future as primary and secondary school teachers,but also to provide reference for others to apply design thinking to the training of primary and secondary school teachers.
