With the rapid development of the global economy and technology,the cultivation of innovative talents has become the focus of national strategic development.In recent years,my country has also attached great importance to the support and development of education,and has clearly placed the cultivation of high-quality talents and world-class innovative talents at the center of its work.Therefore,teachers have the responsibility to train high-quality innovative talents.To fundamentally solve the problem of cultivating innovative talents,we must change the way teachers think.Design thinking is a problem-solving method,a design process that includes brainstorming,iterative revision,and a human-oriented thinking concept.The education field is one of the largest and most comprehensive artificial systems of education.It is necessary to introduce design thinking into the education system to solve many fundamental problems of education.Therefore,it is necessary and important for teachers to develop their design thinking as an important subject in the field of education.However,the current teachers generally lack the training of design thinking ability and innovation ability.In teaching,they fail to achieve "student-centered" and"problem-solving-oriented" teaching.Therefore,this study aims to change teachers' traditional teaching concepts,cultivate teachers' design thinking ability and innovation ability,and improve teachers' teaching design ability by designing and implementing design thinking workshops for teachers.From a perspective,design a truly "student-centered" instructional design.In the specific research.this study takes future teachers and serving teachers as experimental objects,and explores how to design and implement design thinking workshops that can cultivate teachers' design thinking ability.Firstly,combining design thinking and teaching on the basis of sorting out related literature and theories,and forming a systematic design thinking workshop model for teacher training according to the current situation and needs of teaching objects.Secondly,after the implementation of the two design thinking workshops,the results of the tests,interviews and evaluation of the learners' works were analyzed,suggestions for modification were obtained,and the design of the workshop was iteratively revised.Finally,through this study,it is concluded that teachers must become teaching "designers".The design of this design thinking workshop has a positive significance for training teachers' design thinking ability,which can be related to the development of design thinking ability for primary and secondary school teachers in the later period.Provide reference for training.
