Since 2015,NingXia has been carrying out innovative literacy education in primary and secondary schools(kindergartens).By the fall semester of 2018,innovative literacy education has been carried out in all primary and secondary schools(kindergartens)in NingXia.Innovative literacy education focuses on the cultivation of students' innovative personality,innovative thinking and innovative ability.More and more primary and secondary schools are incorporating innovative literacy education into their core curriculum or expanding curriculum content.The development of NingXia innovative literacy education has made some achievements,but it still faces some problems.On July 20,2018,NingXia was approved to become the first "Internet+education" demonstration zone in China.How does "Internet+education" provide space and thinking path for the cultivation of students' innovative literacy?From this study to clarify the concept of district in NingXia as the research scope of primary and secondary schools,integrating the research and application of "Internet+education" results,analysis of primary and secondary schools in NingXia "Internet+innovation quality education" development path,power in NingXia "Internet+education" demonstration area of the work carries out and the cultivation of primary and middle school students' innovative quality.This study focuses on answering the following questions:1.What is the current situation of innovative literacy education in primary and secondary schools in NingXia?2.How to effectively solve the problems of innovative literacy education under the background of "Internet+education"?Based on this,this study firstly sorts out the research status of innovative literacy education and"Internet+education" based on a large number of literature studies.Research on the role of "Internet+innovation literacy education" in innovation literacy education;Secondly,a survey tool was designed to investigate the current situation of innovative literacy education in primary and secondary schools in NingXia by means of questionnaires,interviews and field observations.The existing problems were analyzed in depth,so as to explore the path of "Internet+innovative literacy education" in the context of "Internet+education".Finally,select pilot schools to verify the path.The research results show that the path of "Internet+innovative literacy education"explored is feasible and effective for the cultivation of innovative literacy of primary and secondary school students.Main research results of this study is to from the Angle of view of the "Internet+innovation quality education",the establishment of a set of innovative literacy education present situation investigation tool,to analyze the problems existing in the innovation quality education of primary and secondary schools in NingXia,from the aspects of schools and teachers to explore the feasible path "Internet+innovation quality education",effectively make up for inadequate reserves on innovation quality education teachers,so as to provide reference for more student's innovation quality cultivation.
