The Project Research Of The Developing Group Of Promoting Pro-social Behavior In Children Of Floating Population

With developing of rural urbanization and urban expansion in China,children of floating population is increasing constantly.The mobility of family has impacted the growth of adolescents inevitably.However,it did not cause any attention of parents and schools.And the complex social environment is full of negative factors.Both have caused the more or less problems that happened among children under the background of mobility,such as mental health status,socialization.While pro-social behavior can deeply research whether adolescents can do good behavior in line with social expectation,and play important role in analyzing the growth of children of floating population.This research based on the project of promoting pro-social behavior tendency in children group of migrants.The project focused on the weakening of pro-social behavior among the children of migrants,measured it from altruistic behavior,social behavior and public behavior.Then,to improve their relationships at home,school and community,the project applied the development model of social work and implemented program from cognitive pro-social,positive thinking,integration into the collective,and responsibility.This research analyzed the implementation and results of project thoroughly,that included requirements assessment,program formulation,program implementation and project evaluation in project operation.The implementation focused on group setting,project progress and social work,and the effectiveness focused on the feedback and Suggestions from children,parents,community participants.In the last,the paper analyzed the relationship between project,children and working model,then discussed the deficiencies in project operation and evaluation,and tried to put forward feasible Suggestions about the involvement of social workers among teenagers,the operation of projects and the industry development of social work.
