Study On The Relationship Between Parents And Children Of Floating Children's Families Involved In Social Work

Family is the most basic social unit,family harmony is community harmony,community harmony is social harmony.The most important thing about family harmony is that the parent-child interaction is good and the parent-child relationship is good.Since the reform and opening up,the economy has developed rapidly,and more and more people have moved from townships to cities to work.In recent years,the flow pattern of migrant workers has changed from the previous "individual" movement to the current "family" movement.The number of urban mobile families has increased dramatically,and the number of urban migrant children has also increased dramatically.In the current social context,the policies for the floating population are not perfect enough.The floating children who live in the city face not only the problems of urban cultural adaptation,interpersonal communication,but also face the problem of parent-child relationship between their parents.Whether the parent-child relationship is good or not is of vital importance to the physical and mental development of migrant children and the harmonious development of society.Therefore,the floating children's family parent-child relationship needs our attention.This paper studies the parent-child relationship of floating children on XiaoGuWei Street in Panyu District,Guangzhou.The main methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,unstructured interview,and participatory observation are used to investigate and study the current status and existing problems in the family parent-child relationship of floating children on XiaoGuWei Street from the theoretical and practical levels.Comprehensive application of social support theory,social learning theory and personality development eight-stage theory,use the group work methods and case work methods involved in the family parent-child relationship of floating children.Provide practical experience in solving parent-child relationship problems in floating children's families.Through the study,we found that the interaction between parents and children in urban floating families is less,the contentof communication is single,the parents' education methods are simple,and the resources of parent-child education are scarce.Social work,which involves the family parent-child relationship of migrant children,can set up a platform for interaction between parents and children,increase interaction and communication between parents and children,raise the attention of parents to parent-child education,improve parental education skills for migrant children.Improve parent-child relationship effectively,promote community harmony.
