The Present Situation And Countermeasure Study Of Practical Teaching Of Higher Vocational Colleges Which Based On The Market Demand Orientation

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese economy has been developing at a rapid pace.Meanwhile,education of higher vocational colleges in China's higher education has been expanding.At present,there are more than 1200 institutions of higher vocational education in our country,and every year there are new higher vocational colleges approved by relevant government departments.By 2020,the number of the student of the vocational college will reach 14.8 million.Compared with degree education,the largest specialty of education is that it is oriented by market and position demand.So how to improve the students' practical ability is a key problem of the current higher vocational education.Based on the market demand,the paper studies the practical teaching situation of logistics management.The author interviews and investigates the enterprise,retrieves domestic and foreign literatures,then analyzes the demand connotation of the basic talents in the market logistics industry,such as the coordination and communication ability,the adaptability and learning ability,the logistics process operation ability,the computer information technology application ability and so on.This paper takes the market demand as the breakthrough point and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the practical teaching system in domestic and foreign vocational colleges,and studies the practical teaching situation of logistics management in higher vocational colleges.The paper also puts forward some safeguard countermeasures such as the construction of the practice training base,teachers and curriculum evaluation.The author takes the higher vocational logistics management of JiangXi College of Application Science and Technology as the research example,researches the present situation of logistics management professional teaching,finds the practice teaching system of the majorproblems,puts forward higher vocational logistics management professional practice teaching design and perfects the countermeasure of logistics management professional practice teaching system.In the practical level,the paper can provide a reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents for logistics enterprise,help to improve vocational education actual effect,foster more high-quality logistics personnel to satisfy the needs of the socialist economic construction.The writer hope the article can help to solve our current vocational logistics management of some problems existing in the professional practice teaching,cultivate technology applied talents who have solid theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability,provide a higher vocational practice teaching mode which suitable for China's national conditions,and provide a new solution to our country's higher vocational education of talent training.
