In recent years,China's emphasis on vocational education and policy preference have promoted the development of vocational education,the scale of secondary vocational education in China has expanded rapidly and has output a large number of high-quality applied talents.Under the environment of high-speed development of social economy,enterprises are also continually developing.Accounting,as an indispensable position,plays a very important role in the development of enterprises.Enterprises have an urgent need for comprehensive accounting talents with solid professional knowledge,strong professional ability and high professional ethics.The curriculum setting of accounting major is directly related to the quality of accounting personnel training in secondary vocational schools,whether accounting major student can meet the demand of market,and employment rate of accounting graduates.This research is based on the market demand,through the market questionnaire survey to understand the Lhasa employing units' demand to accounting personnel.With No.2 Secondary Vocational and Technical School of Lhasa as the subject,through the analysis of the questionnaire survey of accounting administrators and students,and combined with the analysis results of the market questionnaire,this paper finds out the problems existing in the curriculum setting of accounting major.For example,students don't have a comprehensive understanding for the market demand;the curriculum content can't meet the needs of the market and students;the professional ability of students doesn't match with the market demand;the training effect of the professional literacy course isn't obvious;The effect of practical training isn't obvious,and students' vocational skills need to be improved;the internship posts provided by school-enterprise cooperation are lack;problems exists in the way of curriculum evaluation and the main body.And on this basis,this research puts forward some suggestions to optimize the curriculum of Tibet Secondary Vocational Education's Accounting Major according to the market demand: Adhering to the principle of curriculum setting of accounting major;Establishing a scientific and standardized curriculum process;Establishing a scientific and comprehensive curriculum goal;Constructing a scientific and reasonable curriculum content system;Ensuring the quality of curriculum implementation;Constructing a pluralistic curriculum evaluation system,to hope the curriculum setting of accounting major of Tibet secondary vocational education can be more scientific and reasonable,and provide reference for the curriculum setting of secondary vocational education.
