Vocational education is an educational form closely related to economic development and industrial transformation,and it is the main channel for cultivating innovative technical people.At present,the traditional industry is facing transformation upgrading,and with the "2025 Chinese manufacturing","Internet plus" taking into practice,which making new occputions,new jobs continue to emerge and the urgent needing a large number of technical and skilled talents.Therefore,Using vocational education promotes inbdustrial upgrading,leting vocational education communicates industrial upgrdaing,education,linking education talent and industry altogether is the main theme of deepening the integration of vocational education and industry.At present,the integration of vocational education and industry in Jiangxi is facing the embarrassing situation of the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents.Vocational education as the supply of high-level skilled technician has obstacles to demand side of industria upgrading.Therefore,on the basis of studying the integration of industry and education,it is helpful to the two "zero distance" contact and complete the "effective and seamless" docking.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,on the basis of reviewing the integration of vocational education and industry at home and abroad,it is proposed that the integration of vocational education and industry is the integration of production and education,and its characteristic is to form the focal point of the two integration in the supply and demand of talents.Secondly,it studies the motivation of the two parties,mainly including the macro government,the middle view of industry,the micro Vocational College and the technical and technical talents all four parts.Thirdly,it discusses the relationship between professional category and industrial output value of higher vocational education,the employment structure of higher vocational education graduates in the three industries,and the elasticity coefficient of higher vocational education to three industries.The conclusions are as follows:the second industry output value are in the top and although the third industry has the same professional category,but in the number of admissions,students in the number of graduates is far lower than that of the third industry,showing that growth and value of the vocational colleges training does not match on professional categories;compared to undergraduate,specialist of Higher Occupation Education(i.e.)graduates in the three major industries in the employment proportion of larger,but still need to increase the proportion of graduates in the employment of the third industry;the elasticity coefficient of higher vocational education showing along with the three major industries to upgrade industrial structure evolving,the higher vocational education elasticity coefficient in different industries changed,which significantly higher occupation education support of the first,second industry,supporting force to the third industry needs to be improved,cultivating talents of higher occupation colleges and industrial upgrading needs There is a gap between the talents.Finally,based on the conclusion of the foregoing conclusion and the reality of the integration of production and education in Jiangxi Province,and based on the advanced experience of foreign production and teaching integration,the countermeasures and suggestions for deepening the integration of production and education from government,industry associations,enterprises and vocational colleges are put forward.
