At present,China's industrialization,it application and internationalization are deepening,and the transformation of economic structure is accelerating.The integrated development of industry and education has become a new trend and new driving force in the development of industrial system.With the economic transformation and upgrading and the resulting transformation of economic development mode,it is necessary to train a large number of high-quality application-oriented talents for the society to adapt to the transformation of development mode and the adjustment of economic structure.But the reality is influenced by many factors,on the supply side of talent fostering and the industry on the structure,quality and level of demand side is not fully fit,"two skins" problem still exists,investigate its reason,the chain of education,talent chain and industrial chain,the innovation chain between the human resources are the important factor of the supply level is not high.Therefore,deepening the integration of industry and education in vocational education and facilitating the supply-side reform of human resources have become an important proposition for the connotation development of vocational education in the new era.Is based on this background,this paper applied talents in higher vocational colleges and universities to teach fusion present problems in the process,with the example of Nanjing institute of A study,by Nanjing institute of A teaching in applied talents cultivating middle fusion comb implementation present situation,found that higher vocational colleges present produces in the process of implementing the integration production and education teach not close docking and fusion education become A mere formality,though or enterprise involved in the enthusiasm is not high also the cause of this condition including policy,capital,interest and other objective factors,including concept,management system and talents the subjective factors.Based on this,through to the Nanjing institute of A applied talents training middle fusion problems existing in the implementation of teaching thinking and summary,draw lessons from foreign fusion of cultivating applied talents education mode and experiences,explore I teach fusion domestic cultivation measures and path of vocational applied talents,expounds to through the fusion of cultivating application-oriented vocational education,it needs through government policy guarantee,arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in,protect the interests of the parties and at the same time to strengthen the construction of the integration ability of production and education in higher vocational colleges itself,to form A good interactive multi-party participation education ecological system,To ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of the combination of industry and education in the training of application-oriented talents.
