| The purpose of developing mini-basketball sport is to establish a solid foundation for the development of basketball sport,mini-basketball sport not only meets the demand of adolescents' willing of participating the basketball game,but also plays a crucial part in the talent cultivation for Chinese basketball teams.Based on the relaunch of the promotion and development of mini-basketball sport in China,and the fiery development in Beijing in recent two years.Therefore,this paper takes the promotion and development countermeasures of Beijing mini-basketball sport as the research object.Through literature review,field research,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics study and logical analysis,taking explore the promotion of Beijing mini-basketball sport as an entry point,and investigating and researching the present situation of the current promotion mode,finding out the problems and shortages,and putting forward the development countermeasures.This can provide references for the successful development of mini-basketball sport in Beijing and other regions of the country.The findings of this research are listed as follows:1.Mini-basketball sport refers to the activities which are carried out under the guidance of special competition rules,with the young children under age of 12 as the object,according to the age of dividing into different groups,using special venues and equipment.2.The promotion mode of mini-basketball in Beijing is "five-in-one",which centers on the promotion object,establishes the promotion target,constructs the promotion operation organization,makes the promotion plan and sets up the promotion channels.The promotion of mini-basketball sport in Beijing is organized and implemented by the Municipal Basketball Association under the supervision of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission Sports Bureau,and a mini-basketball special work department is set up under the Youth Department of the Municipal Basketball Association.To formulate and implement the “Six Major Projects” for the development of Beijing's mini-basketball sport for children aged 12 and under in Beijing.Establishing the main promotion strategy by selecting a featured seed school of mini-basketball sport,organizing mini-basketball sport competitions,attracting and guiding social resources,implementing the construction of teachers,setting up star promotion teams,opening Beijing mini-basketball sport elite training camp.3.Through the research and analysis of the current promotion mode and development status of Beijing mini-basketball sport,the following development strategies are proposed: 1)Constructing the "Five in One" Linkage Promotion Model focusing on the campus;2)Building a "targeted ball reduction" mutual aid model based on the mini-basketball sport seed schools;3)Accelerating the implementation of the government policy and investment in mini-basketball sport;4)Improving the system of training teachers and equipment of mini-basketball sport;5)Improving the mini-basketball sport competition system and starting the Beijing Mini-Basketball League as soon as possible;6)Building a multi-mode interactive platform for younger players and stars;7)Strengthen the promotion and operation of mini-basketball sport and team building. |
