SWOT Analysis And Development Strategy Research Of Lanzhou Mini Basketball Sport

In November 2017,the Chinese basketball association in Beijing Zhangjiawan Elementary School formally promulgated the new "small basketball development plan",at the same time issued by the examination and approval of the Chinese basketball association’s new"Mini Basketball rules,aims to attract more young children to participate in basketball activities,by conducting a small basketball training in our country the teenagers play basketball sports interest,To improve the physical health of teenagers in our country and lay a solid foundation for the training of reserve basketball talents in our country,so as to achieve the goal of sports power.Based on the theories of situation analysis in management science,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of small basketball in Lanzhou by using the method of literature,expert interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and inductive deduction.Finally,the SWOT matrix model is constructed to analyze the internal and external environmental factors of the current situation of small basketball in Lanzhou,in order to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the subsequent development of small basketball in Lanzhou,and to provide reference for the development of national youth sports.The results show that the current situation of small basketball development in Lanzhou is analyzed as follows: 1.Internal advantages are: small basketball conforms to the physical and mental development rules of children and the core elements of sports;2.The influence and mass base of basketball in Lanzhou;The economic development of Lanzhou has a broad prospect for sports industry.The integration degree of the school and the faculty strength are gradually enhanced.2.Internal disadvantages are as follows:decoupling of policy making from front-line practice;The relative lack of special materials;The influence of small basketball in Lanzhou is weak due to the lack of communication.Lack of professional training activities;Insufficient promotion and publicity;District,county differences are obvious,uneven development.3.External opportunities include: policy support;Comprehensive reform of the basketball program;Universalization of basketball games and related activities at all levels;The promotion of big data and we-media era;The rapid rise of the sports industry.4.External challenges: the influence of other competitions of the same age;The active development of other sports;The cooperation between sports departments and education departments;The conflict between school and sports;The invasion of foreign basketball culture;Other uncontrollable factors.By constructing SWOT matrix,this paper analyzes the development of small basketball in Lanzhou and the above influencing factors,and puts forward the following countermeasures: 1.2.To construct the mutual aid channel between district and county campuses.3.Accelerate the implementation of policies related to small basketball and establish funds.4.Enhance the construction of professional personnel system in an all-round way.6.Start the Mini Basketball League of Lanzhou and improve the Mini Basketball Competition System.
