This paper explores the incompatibility of students during the summer camp by conducting questionnaire surveys,interview surveys,and natural observations for students at the Vilnius University Summer Camp in Lithuania.Under the guidance of the theory of cross-cultural adaptation,in order to make the summer camp design more in line with the characteristics of Lithuanian students,it provides better design suggestions for the summer camp activities of Liaoning University.In the short-term summer camp activities,there are many obstacles in cross-cultural communication and adaptation in the continuous contact between Lithuanian students and China.This requires the joint efforts of all parties to improve.One of the obstacles to solving these obstacles is to provide psychological guidance to Lithuanian students.Instruct students to use the idea of inclusiveness to look at the culture of other countries,respect cultural differences,and achieve "seeking common ground while reserving differences." On the other hand,the management and design of the summer camp in Liaoning University also needs to be more in line with the characteristics of Lithuanian college students.As a teacher of Chinese as a foreign language during the event,he can make full use of the theoretical knowledge and experience he has learned,conduct more effective communication and teaching according to the actual situation of the class,and deal with unexpected unexpected situations.The management department of the summer camp needs to provide better living services according to the needs of students.It enables students to experience both Chinese culture and Chinese feelings,thus reducing anxiety during cross-cultural adaptation and smoothly passing through the summer camp.The full text has six chapters.Chapter One Introduction.Including the background and purpose of the topic,the significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,research methods and research innovations.In the introduction,the author starts from a number of dimensions,analyzes the situation of the vigorous development of summer camp culture,and the background and purpose of the topic of cross-cultural adaptation research,and analyzes the significance of this topic in combination with the background.According to the research status at home and abroad,we find a suitable research method,and on this basis,we have established the research innovation points of this paper.The second chapter,based on the theoretical concept of cross-cultural adaptation and the factors affecting cross-cultural adaptation,provides a theoretical basis for the author to analyze the reasons for the cross-cultural adaptation of summer camp students.In the third chapter,as the volunteer of the summer camp in 2018,the author will conduct a variety of investigations on two groups of Lithuanian students who participated in the summer camp in Liaoning in 2018,including interview surveys and nature observation surveys.Investigate the life adaptability,learning adaptability,interpersonal adaptation and psychological adaptation of Lithuanian students,and analyze the results of the survey in response to the unsuitable performance of students in cross-cultural communication.The fourth chapter summarizes the unsuitable performance of the Lithuanian students during the summer camp.From the four aspects of life,study,interpersonal communication and psychology,it sums up the students' incompetent performance in different aspects and combines theoretical knowledge.Conduct reasonable analysis to mine the reasons.The fifth chapter,according to the investigation of the incompatibility of Lithuanian students,from the students themselves,teachers,volunteers and management personnel,to provide an effective strategy for the guidance of Lithuanian students to adapt to the situation,for Lithuanian students to resolve cross-cultural as soon as possible Advise the obstacles in the adaptation process.
