Group Work Practical Research On Intervening In Adolescent Sexual Education Of Migrant Children

The factors such as culture,society,which makes migrant children lead to lack of adolescent sexual education,so that they do not have a thorough understanding of the relevant knowledge,but adolescence is an essential stage in the process of their growth,and lack of knowledge about puberty will have a negative effect on their growth and development.,even because of the lack of relevant knowledge,they suffered sexual harassment,sexual assault,which causes physical and psychological harm to them.This study,guided by social learning theory,explores ways to provide adolescent sexual education for migrant children through group work.In this paper,through questionnaire survey and participatory observation,it is found that migrant children in community W lack basic adolescence physiological k:nowledge,which leads to confusion of their own and others',physical changes,and have a weak sense of self-protection.And the demand analysis also found that the demand is mainly focused on the acquisition of adolescent physiological knowledge and self-protection skills.The author uses the group work method to deal with these needs.In the group process,by playing the role of role models,let the team members through observing the behavior of role models to desensitize in the process of continuous intensification,and using the four processes of observational learning,which makes team members gradually gain adolescent sexual knowledge,learn to accept themselves and respect others' physical changes,and sets up the self-protection consciousness,master skills to protect themselves,so as to prepare for the arrival of puberty.It is found that the group work involved in adolescent sexual education of migrant children has achieved good results.For the adolescent sexual education carried out by the school in the form of classroom,it is difficult for migrant children to desensitize.However,for the services provided by the single-sex adolescent sexual education group,migrant children have a higher acceptance,and it also has received better effect.Therefore,single-sex adolescent sexual education groups are more effective.Therefore,the author believes that it is feasible to separate boys and girls for adolescent sexual education.When carrying out adolescent sexual education for migrant children,it is necessary to intervene according to the characteristics of migrant children,pay attention to the application of theories and professional skills in practice,and clearly define the role of social workers in group work,so as to provide adolescent sexual education services for migrant children better.
