With the gradual change of China's population flow into family flow,the number of migrant children is also increasing.Adolescent migrant children are in a critical period of physical and mental development,and environmental changes have brought greater challenges to physical and mental growth and environmental adaptation.Physiological health education is an indispensable part of the growth process.Adolescent migrant children lack a correct understanding of their physical and mental development.Lack of science means that physical and mental health is damaged to a certain extent;it is easy to cause premature sexual life and even sexual crimes.Therefore,this study mainly uses A group of adolescent migrant children as the research object,using group work methods to enhance the group's understanding of physical health,cultivate good physical and health habits,and promote the healthy growth of adolescent migrant children.In this study,150 students from grades 5 to 8 of A school were selected as the main research subjects.Interviews,participatory observation methods and questionnaire survey methods were used to collect data for preliminary investigation and needs assessment.Aiming at the low level of physiological health knowledge of adolescent migrant children in A school,that is,the low awareness of life origin,the confusion of basic cognitive development of the body,the change of puberty and the lack of knowledge,the weak sense of self-protection,the vague concept of gender,etc..Work methods are involved,through the form of knowledge games,constitutional simulations,group discussions,etc.,to carry out physiological health education for adolescent migrant children.The group activity in improving the adolescence physical health knowledge level of floating children play a more significant effect,can be drawn lessons from for the physical and health education to the university education mode,also confirmed that the team work in adolescence isfeasible for floating children physiology health education,can improve the quality of physical and health education,strengthen the education of sustainability.In addition,based on the reflection and summary of the problems and limitations in the practical process,it is realized that it is far from enough to simply involve social work in the physical health education of adolescent migrant children.In addition,families,schools,communities and the society should interact to carry out the physical health education of migrant children at multiple levels.
