With the development of social economy in our country,the menopausal women group gradually aroused attention,especially the increase of the absolute number of the group and the following physical health issues.Climacteric female scientific and reasonable participation in exercise is helpful to improve physical health and lay a good foundation for the coming old life.Elastic band exercise integrates aerobic and strength organically,which can improve muscle strength and cardiopulmonary function and meet the exercise needs of menopausal women.Therefore,the aim of this study is to design the exercise intervention scheme which can effectively promote the physical health of the climacteric women by starting from the physical health status,physical needs and symptoms of the climacteric women.This study will take menopausal women and the creation and editing of complete sets of elastic band exercises as the research object,and use literature,Delphi method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,system design method and mathematical statistics method to study the creation and editing of complete sets of elastic band exercises for menopausal women,which will enrich the exercise choice of menopausal women to a certain extent.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The amount of exercise of menopausal women decreased significantly during menopause,which was caused by the lack of suitable sports items to participate in,the lack of exercise time and the lack of related sports knowledge.However,menopausal women have a high demand for exercise,hoping to improve obesity,strengthen muscle strength,improve bone level,relieve anxiety and depression through exercise.2.The background of the creation and compilation of the complete set of climacteric female elastic belt exercises is based on the physical and mental changes of climacteric women,combined with the exercise needs of climacteric women and the characteristics of the elastic belt exercise items.The principles of creation include pertinence,security,effectiveness,comprehensiveness and convenience.Composition elements include movement,music,instruments and time elements.3.The complete set of female elastic band exercises created in this study is specifically divided into three parts: preparation part,foundation part(six measures)and end part.The whole exercise takes 30 minutes with medium and high intensity.The preparation part is the warm-up part,which is divided into three parts: dynamic warm-up,body part exercise and aerobics step exercise.The basic part is composed according to the exercise needs of preventing osteoporosis,strengthening muscle strength,increasing energy consumption,relieving anxiety and depression,which are divided into six sections.The end part is divided into stretching and massage two parts,the purpose is to eliminate the fatigue after exercise as soon as possible.4.Experts believe that the basic structure of menopausal female elastic band exercise after creation is more reasonable and smooth;Most menopausal women think that the difficulty of elastic band exercises is moderate after practice;All of them give higher evaluation to the exercise effect of this set of movements.
