This paper takes the gym experience as the research object and applies the service design theory to systematically plan the hardware and software facilities of gym customers,gym enterprise operators and operators and gym enterprises,so as to provide more efficient and high-quality user experience and services for gym users.This article uses the questionnaire survey method to collect the related information of gym customers,and then the interdisciplinary research method is used to analyze the interest points of gym enterprises,and the problems existing in the gym system and the contact points that need to be optimized are found.The key contact points in the gym service system are analyzed by making the user flow chart and service blueprint of the gym.Finally,the optimization strategy is studied on the three contact points of "contact points for the purpose of achieving customer fitness","contact points of customer behavior and demand" and "contact points of gym enterprise".Research shows that the gym industry is a professional service industry,which sells customers not a tangible product but a service and experience.With the increasing demand of customers,the pain point of contact between enterprises and customers of gyms also appears.The service contacts should be optimized based on the design principles of user-centered,co-creation with users and materialization of intangible contacts,so as to design an efficient,sharable and sustainable service model.The gym should adopt the "Internet +APP" information sharing method for service and management,use mobile Internet technology to improve service quality,and realize the information sharing between customers,customers and enterprises.Moreover,realize the win-win between enterprises and customers contact optimization strategy include:Increase the diversity of customer service,extend the service time of customer and enterprise contact,so as to provide customers with high-quality user experience;In addition,it can also increase the way of enterprise promotion and publicity and optimize the efficient and convenient management system.
