Empowering Communities:Path Innovation Of Social Workers' Involvement In Community' Participation

Community organization is the hub of community participation and an important participant in community construction.It incubates in the community,grows in the community and benefits the community.It is an effective carrier to meet the diverse needs of community residents,help the disadvantaged groups,and promote residents'participation and assist in community governance.Community participation is inseparable from the interaction between government and society.Pure social participation is spontaneous discharges of bottom-up,fragmentation and accidental,not form a long-term participation mechanism,so it needs the government have a purpose,periodically decentralization,empowerment of the community,the community by cultivating community social organizations to participate in an organizational carrier to strengthen community efforts to participate in community governance.Empowering communities should first promote the organizational construction of residents' participation,so that decentralized and independent participation can develop into organizational participation.The organizational construction of community participation will endow residents with formal identity and legal status to participate in the governance of community public affairs.Although community social organizations in development has achieved certain success in recent years,in order to promote community participation and community governance has played a positive role,but with the development of community social organizations in China is still in its infancy,there are still many problems,such as less number of social organizations and personnel involved in weak insufficiency,the low degree of organization,financing ability,sustainability is not strong and so on,is not conducive to the community governance and community participation.This paper takes the "five husbands benefit crowdfunding alliance"project of sihai community as the research object,and analyzes the practical development dilemma of community communities through literature analysis,field research and semi-structured interview.,observe on the outside of the government and experts group empowerment,social work is how to use professional techniques and methods involved in corporate alliance cultivation project,how to search and build community by community will community existing four small community organizing,set up a"five old leading public welfare alliance",solve,inadequate residents participate in community organization is not strong;How to establish the"five husbands benefit crowdfunding alliance"by tapping residents' potential,developing self-blood production,so as to carry forward the community spirit of public welfare,and realize the goal of community sustainability?In the whole process of social workers'involvement in building community alliance,the positive changes of community residents,community organizations and communities were analyzed,and the limits of social workers' involvement in community participation in empowering communities were also analyzed.Finally,this paper discusses the ways to promote community participation from the two internal and external paths of power realization,that is,the external force promotes empowerment and the community self-empowerment.
