China's preschool education has entered the stage of deepening reform,and the professional development of kindergarten teachers has become an important part of it,and it has placed higher demands on teachers.The professional development of kindergarten teachers must rely on the cooperation of teachers,kindergartens and society.Teachers can only integrate experience and knowledge in a good group atmosphere to promote professional development.In this context,the kindergarten teacher learning community meets the requirements of the professional development of the teacher for people,finances,and things,and therefore gets everyone's attention.As a learning theory in the digital age,relevanceism actively responds to the knowledge and learning requirements of the kindergarten teachers'learning community,and currently there are few related studies in the preschool field.This paper focuses on the following aspects:the theoretical basis of the kindergarten teachers'learning community under the perspective of connectivism;the kindergarten teacher learning community to realize the professional development of kindergarten teachers,how the relevance theory promotes the kindergarten teachers to learn community development.The three elements of the relevance learning theory are consistent with the learning model advocated by the kindergarten teacher learning community.This study introduces the relevance learning theory into the kindergarten teacher learning community research,and uses the kindergarten teacher learning community as the main body to try to explain it through the perspective of relevance.Construct a framework for kindergarten teachers to learn the community.Drawing on and drawing on the theory of relevance,the children's learning community is deeply analyzed,highlighting the constituent elements of the community of kindergarten teachers,sorting out the formation and development process of the community,analyzing and summarizing the related teachers,learning from the aspects of essential characteristics and existence.The significance of the development of the community.Through a questionnaire survey of 200 teachers and interviews with 4 kindergartens,informal interviews were conducted from the individual teachers,kindergarten environment,social support,etc.To examine and reflect on the practical problems of the kindergarten teachers'learning community in China,and to analyze the existing problems.And mining found its intrinsic influence factors.Finally,on the basis of seeking and exploring the experience of kindergarten teachers learning community development at home and abroad,from the perspective of relevance,the three dimensions of knowledge view,learning view and practice view suggest teachers,kindergartens and society that influence the development of teacher learning community.Opinions,build a good kindergarten teacher to learn the community,and provide motivation for the development of the kindergarten teachers'learning community in China.
