With attentions drew unprecedentedly towards preschool education,the importance of the establishment of kindergarten teachers is self-evident.Currently the percentage of male kindergarten teachers among total kindergarten teachers in domain is in a uprising situation,which has brought a new face of preschool education.However,how to effectively make progress in their professional development and to solve the solitude during their working are what the educationalists laying most of their efforts.This thesis will discuss two major concerns of,when introducing one but currently lacking deserved attention around Professional Learning Community(PLC for short)plus male kindergarten teachers that is considered a proper valid approach to benefit building male kindergarten teachers,a)how to construct a resultful male kindergarten teachers PLC inclined to counter the difficulties in the progress of construction while being propagable with experience,b)how could male kindergarten teachers PLC benefit their professional development.This thesis will first discuss the related theoretical framework through document research,then majorly use interviewing approach to justify author's point of view.The interview was conducted towards 2 initiators of male teachers union in Hangzhou,along with 9 members of this union,so to understand their attitude and suggestions towards what a union could benefit them.Secondly through case discussing,with diagram and previous docume.The result indicates:A)This PLC approach shares five factors enhancing teachers ' professional growth,which is ?)common vision internalized into norms,culture?)Promoting teachers ' reflection,?)characteristics of democratic organizations,?)caring relationships,and ?)collaborative and shared learning.On basis of case analysis,conducting a PLC among male kindergarten teachers would provide male teachers with ?)caring relationship support,?)reflection boost,?)sharing and cooperative learning culture.B)The union was first assembled from the management level of education,then absorb its members from teachers group,with the foundation of close relationship between male teachers,it provide the platform of demonstration,chance of co-learning,closer to pros and group education research,etc.to form a male kindergarten teachers PLC.The formation went through progress like i)preparation,?)initiation,?)exploration,?)institutionalization.The"reformation of interest group " and the "union went into a charity house " are two key incident went on during the birth of PLC,hence brought the passage to a higher ground of crystallization of common vision.Even so,PLC is facing dilemma like short of elder teachers.C)Based on case analysis,this thesis put forward the five strategies including ?)focus on the two unbalance factors and put them to good use,?)dynamically track the orientation of PLC,?)arousing the internal drives of male kindergarten teachers.
