| Teachers play an important role in the development of children.With the continuous progress and rapid development of society,the society,the family of kindergarten teachers to the professional level of higher and higher requirements.How to keep pace with the rapid development of society has become a hot topic in the field of theory and practice of preschool education.Professional development of teachers not only rely on personal efforts,but also inseparable from the help of the team and a good communication platform.As the link and bridge of teachers' professional development,kindergarten community plays an important role in promoting teachers' professional thoughts,professional knowledge and professional ability.Therefore,the construction,growth and development of kindergarten community will become a hot research issue in the field of kindergarten teachers' professional development.This study is based on the case of the kindergarten teachers of the Alliance of affiliated enterprises of Tiexi County,Anshan,this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers' professional development in the context of kindergarten community from three dimensions: Professional Idea and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability.Through the analysis,the present situation of teachers' professional development under the background of kindergarten community is obtained: The effect of teachers' professional development under the background of kindergarten community and the problems of teachers' professional development under the background of kindergarten community.On this basis,the paper further analyzes the reasons for the problems of teachers' professional development in the context of the kindergarten community: Some administrators and teachers have mistaken ideas about community activities;Differences in resource allocation within the community.To this end,put forward the corresponding countermeasures: ideological clarification of wrong ideas,to deepen inter-park cooperation,to enrich community activities,to strengthen the community management of kindergartens. |
