In order to comply with the social changes,the core qualities has been proposed.Ideological and Political discipline's public participation literacy is the synthesis of consciousness?knowledge?ability and virtue.It highlights students'enthusiasm for social life and also strengthens students'ability.Cultivating public participation literacy will effectively promote the improvement of all aspects of the quality of high school students.Therefore,the author conducted a survey on the high school students in the internship school.It is gratifying that most of the high school students have a sense of public participation and have a certain knowledge reserve.However,under the influence of test thinking,the public participation of high school students is still deplorable.So,it is urgent to improve high school students'public participation quality.Ideological and Political curriculum is a course that integrates intellectual education and moral education.So,it plays an important role in cultivating public participation literacy.Based on the high school Ideological and Political teaching,this study explores the ways of cultivating public participation literacy.The main body of the thesis is divided into three parts:The first part mainly expounds the connotation of Ideological and Political discipline's public participation literacy and its significance.This part mainly defines the connotation of public participation literacy and emphasizes its core content.Finally,it points out the significance of the cultivation of high school students'public participation literacy so that we can reveal the necessity.The second part mainly expounds the current situation of Ideological and Political discipline's public participation literacy's cultivation and the analysis of the causes.In this part,the author focuses much attention on the analysis of resources within or outside the class about cultivation of public participation literacy through classifying compulsory textbooks.In addition,through the questionnaire survey of students in the internship school and interviews with some political teachers,the paper emphatically analyzes the current situation of public participation literacy's cultivation and the causes.The third part is the main part of this study.This part is mainly based on the problems of high school students'public participation,and puts forward the strategy of cultivating public participation literacy from the two dimensions of in-class teaching and extracurricular practice.
