In the paper,the author investigated the frequent scenes and phrases of inappropriate speeches from junior high school teachers.In addition,training programs combining online and offline ways were designed to train the class teachers of a junior middle school in Wuhan.Afterwards,the intervention effect was verified by combining self-assessment and other assessment indicators.Study 2 is based on Study 1.In Study 1,by using the method of documentation,open-ended questionnaire and observational method combined with video investigated inappropriate speech behaviors of teachers in two Wuhan-based junior high schools,the author collected and summarized three frequent scenes of teachers’ inappropriate classroom speeches,making evaluations,asking questions,and making requests,as well as five frequent unconscious classroom inappropriate verbal behaviors of junior high school teachers,comparisons,absolute inappropriate verbal behaviors,unintentional taunts,improper encouragement,comfort and transfer,and expectations and pressure.Study 2 was Based on the harmonious communication theory,cognitive behavior modification theory,and participatory teacher training.The writer designed online and offline intervention trainings.After the first offline seminar,12 class teachers from a Wuhan-based junior high school were given intervention training through WeChat small program with four self-compiled online exercises,and finally a sharing discussion was conducted to summarize.The effectiveness of the intervention program was verified through the improvement of the four online interventions’ scores,the significant changes in the relations between students and teachers and the frequency form of these teachers’inappropriate speeches before and after the intervention.In the paper,an operable and process-based new intervention model was proposed for the unconscious classroom inappropriate verbal behaviors of junior high school teachers to effectively reduce the unconscious inappropriate classroom verbal behaviors of teachers to effectively reduce the unconscious inappropriate classroom verbal behaviors of teachers.
