This paper introduces clear concepts related to out-of-class communication, investigates the current situation of out-of-class communication among middle school teachers and their impact on teacher-student relationships, and conducts seminars and interventions to study the class teacher of a middle school in Hubei,Hunan Intervention training, and the effectiveness of the intervention was verified through teacher independent feedback and student questionnaire indicators.Help teachers to use communication outside the classroom proficiently, and initially explore how to communicate outside the classroom while guaranteeing the authority of teachers, and build relatively equal interpersonal relationships with students. At present, most of the existing intervention researches on teacher-student relationship in China start from two angles:teacher's negative behavior and the intervention of students through group counseling to improve the teacher-student relationship.Very few people pay attention to the communication between teachers and students outside the classroom and improve the relationship between teachers and students through classroom behaviors. Will communication outside the classroom affect the teacher-student relationship? How to grasp the scale in order to establish a friendly teacher-student relationship while ensuring majesty? However, most of the foreign research on out-of-class communication is conducted with college students as subjects, and there are few studies on the correlation between different factors and out-of-class communication.Interventional research on out-of-class communication is rarely conducted. But it can be clearly realized that under the domestic environment, middle school students are the group most affected by the teachers, what about the situation of out-of-class communication in middle schools? Is it possible to improve the level of communication outside the classroom through intervention, thereby improving the teacher-student relationship? In summary,it can be seen that there are few studies on inter-class communication and the relationship between teachers and students at home and abroad, but this also means that we need to conduct more detailed and in-depth research on this. For this reason, this study will introduce the concept of foreign extracurricular communication, study the impact of extracurricular communication on the relationship between teachers and students and the current situation of extracurricular communication in the middle school stage, and carry out evaluable and actionable interventions on extracurricular communication Research on program strategy. In the first study, the literature method, questionnaire method and interview method were used to investigate the perception of 5 students and 3 teachers on out-of-class communication, and 414 middle school students were assessed through the Classroom Diplomatic Flow Scale and Teacher-Student Relationship Scale awarded by foreign scholars The results of the evaluation show that teachers have great troubles with out-of-class communication.Existing out-of-class communication is at an intermediate level, and out-of-class communication has a strong influence on the teacher-student relationship. In addition,it is concluded that the high-frequency scenes that exist outside the classroom are generally in the corridor or in the teacher's office, and the number of times is 2-3 times a week.Study 2 On the basis of Study 1,based on the new behaviorism theory, participatory teacher training theory and Mayo's interpersonal relationship theory, the research method of combining online seminars and interventions was designed. After the first seminar,To publish tasks to 5 teachers involved in the intervention, requiring teachers to communicate online with students outside the classroom through live broadcasts,in class groups, and private chats during the online teaching of the epidemic.During the 3-week intervention period Each week, teachers independently record and feedback the situation outside the classroom, including topics, student feedback and teachers' current feelings. Finally, through seminars and teachers to summarize and communicate, preliminary exploration of how to establish a private relationship while maintaining the dignity of teachers. The results of the study show that the teacher's perceived student response and relationship with the student have improved significantly before and after the intervention. At the same time, the class diplomatic flow table and the teacher-student relationship scale were used to collect data from 119 students in 5 classes. It shows that after the intervention, the teacher's out-of-class communication behavior has been greatly improved, and the teacher-student relationship has also changed significantly, verifying the effectiveness of the intervention. This thesis focuses on the middle school students and enriches the research in this field. At the same time, the operational and evaluable training research on communication outside the classroom provides new ideas for the intervention research to improve the relationship between teachers and students.
