| This paper investigates the use of f"I Messages " by junior high school teachers and the high-frequency scenarios used by " You Messages ".The student's questionnaire was used to compare the effect of teachers' " You Messages " and " I Messages ".And compiled " I Messages " online training topics,using Questionnaire Star to conduct online training for junior high school teachers.The results of self-evaluation and other evaluations showed that the intervention effect was significant.Study 1 is a current situation investigation,which aims to discover the current situation of the use of " I Messages " and" You Messages "by junior and middle school teachers during teacher-student interaction.Study 1 conducted classroom observations and interviews with students to sort out the teacher's "I Messages " and " You Messages "utterances.Studies have shown that teachers use " I Messages " rarely in their interactions with students,of which " You Messages " accounts for 70.6%and "my information" accounts for only 7.0%.Comb out three types of high-frequency scenarios sent out by teachers '" You Messages ":student violation of discipline,test failure,and explanation topics;Through the questionnaire survey of students,it was found that the use of " I Messages " by teachers is better than that of " You Messages ".The students'feelings about the " I Messages " of teachers are 59.83%positive,and the feelings about the " You Messages " of teachers are negative.There were significant differences in the chi-square test results.In addition,92.55%of the students were more willing to hear the "I Messages " from the teacher.Study 2 is based on the theory of harmonious communication and humanistic psychology.Based on the collected words and situations,Study 1 compiles online intervention topics to guide teachers to reflect on the psychological damage of " You Messages " to students and help teachers reduce " You Messages." Use frequency,and teach teachers to master the use of " I Messages ",promote harmonious communication between teachers and students,and create a good relationship between teachers and students.This paper clarifies the status quo through preliminary investigations,and prepares intervention exercises to provide a new and operable intervention mode for future teacher training,which is helpful to reduce the current " You Messages" speech of junior high school teachers and improve the " I Messages " Use to promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relations. |
