Assignment is an important part of teaching and an essential link to realize teaching objectives.With the promotion of the "New Curriculum Standards" and the development of society,China's educational system has attached growing importance to improvement of students' all-around qualities and potential.Nevertheless,the current morality and rule of law assignment design still overemphasizes on students'academic performances and ignores students' Comprehensive quality.This topic introduces the theory of multiple intelligences,hoping to help moral and rule of law teachers to design effective moral and rule of law assignment,so as to develop students'multiple intelligences,and promote students'comprehensive improvement.In the introduction part,this paper introduces the background of the subject,and through the method of literature research,this paper combs the research status of multiple intelligence,assignment design and assignment design based on multiple intelligence at home and abroad.In the first part of this paper,the author defines the concepts of multiple intelligence theory,moral and rule of law assignment design in junior high school,and points out that the current design of junior high school morality and rule of law based on multiple intelligence theory is conducive to improving teaching effectiveness,improving students'comprehensiveness,promoting teachers'professional accomplishment and improving the efficiency and burden reduction assignment system..In the second part,this paper uses the questionnaire method to analyze the problems and reasons of the current junior high school moral and rule of law assignment design in the training of multiple intelligences.The author finds that the main problems are:the moral and rule of law teachers in junior high school do not understand the theory of multiple intelligences enough,and the awareness of training multiple intelligences in their assignment needs to be strengthened;the traditional purpose of assignment,the limited content of assignment,lack of diverse assignment forms,and the simplification of assignment evaluation;the training of various intelligences is one-sided and the training effect is unsatisfactory.These problems are closely related to the theoretical literacy level of teachers themselves,the ability of assignment design and the support system of assignment design.In the third part,the author combines her own educational practice experience and communicates with her colleagues.Based on the research results of the predecessors,she puts forward suggestions for the development of multi-intelligence in junior high school morality and rule of law assignment design.Teachers should pay attention to updating ideas,redefining the value of assignment design and focusing more on assignment'scientificity,content,form and evaluation subjects.Also,the author proposes corresponding design schemes from eight aspects:language intelligence,logic-mathematics intelligence,space intelligence,body motion intelligence,space intelligence,music intelligence,interpersonal intelligence,self-awareness intelligence and natural cognitive intelligence.The author hopes that the conclusions of this paper can provide valuable references for applications of the theory of multiple intelligences to diverse intelligences,promote evaluation reform of middle school morality and rule of law assignment design,and accelerate students' all-around development.
