Concerned to what kind of the 21st century economy,it comes to the economy of education.To vigorously develop career education and promote the innovation of School Enterprise Cooperation,is not only the purpuse of China's economic and social development,but also as an important measure to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,whitch means a lot to the economic construction.In recent years,China's higher vocational education has been developing vigorously under the guidance of the government's high attention and relevant policies.However,the expansion of education makes higher vocational colleges feel the shortage of education resources.In order to cultivate high-quality and highly skilled talents that meet the needs of social and economic development and enterprises,a good school-enterprise cooperation mode has become a major strategic demand of social development.However,due to the low level of teaching staff,weak scientific research capacity,and lack of school capital in most vocational colleges in China,many enterprises pursue short-term economic benefits,and the government's relevant supporting policies are not in place,resulting in the lack of deep integration of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises.How to innovate the mode of school-enterprise cooperation and achieve double goals has become a difficult problem in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of studying the relevant literature of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,this paper studies the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in China through interview method,analyzes the key factors that restrict the development of school-enterprise cooperation,and puts forward the effective path of innovation of school-enterprise cooperation mode based on the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad.This thesis firstly defined the concept of school-enterprise cooperation,and then explained the connotation,characteristics and relevant theories of school-enterprise cooperation.On this basis,the general situation and current situation of the main school-enterprise cooperation model in China were explained,and the problems and restrictive factors of the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation model in colleges and universities were pointed out.Through the analysis of education foundation model,university science park model,industry-university-research model,business incubator model,teaching company model and other major school-enterprise cooperation model innovation,this paper puts forward the reference to China.Focusing on the typical cases of zhixing cloud innovation,the university-enterprise cooperation model of huawei college co-construction professional solution,this paper analyzes the background'and content,characteristics and achievements of the model,as well as some existing problems,and finally puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen the innovation of university-enterprise cooperation model.
