Research On The Innovation Of School Enterprise Cooperation Mode In Private Colleges

As an important representative of vocational education talent training model,school-enterprise cooperation has been generally recognized.However,with the development of social science and technology,the demands and requirements of the enterprises in the industry are constantly changing,the low-level and loose school-enterprise cooperation mode cannot meet the need of the growth of applied technology talents and must be changed and innovated.Under the background of private colleges' transition,the mode of the distinctive connotation development puts forward the corresponding requirements to talent training quality.A school-enterprise cooperation model can be successful to obtain the best income with his cooperation content,and a healthy and sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation mode is related to its mode structure.This paper based on the field surveys and in-depth analysis of the school-enterprise cooperation mode of Nanning College,we think that innovating school-enterprise cooperation must adhere to the demands of the individual full development and social industry development,attach importance to regional characteristics,making full use of regional advantages and improve the relevancy of the curriculum structure and curriculum development,emphasizing on the training of students'humanistic quality,building high level faculty,implementing project teaching,and perfect the operation and fund mechanism of school enterprises cooperation.Perfect the teachers' classification assessment evaluation index by building the school-based comprehensive evaluation system.Using information technology,integrate resources and create database of school enterprises cooperation,design the precise push mechanism that can push according to the need,achieve an actively push of resources for school,resources for enterprises,and resources for talents,then innovate mode,upgrade level.
