As one of the ten core qualities of primary school mathematics,the model thought was put forward by the"Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2011 edition)",reflecting the importance of mathematical modeling in primary school mathematics learning.The primary school curriculum standard divides the teaching content into four parts:"Number and Algebra","Statistics and Probability","Graphics and Geometry'","Synthesis and Practice".The content of these four parts involves model thinking and mathematical modeling.However,in primary schools,teachers are not optimistic about mathematics modeling teaching.Primary school teachers are still unfamiliar with the concepts of mathematical models,mathematical modeling,and mathematical modeling teaching.With the rise of primary mathematics core qualities,teachers begin to become conscious.Infiltration of"model thinking"in class.Researchers mainly adopt action research method,case analysis method and experience summarization method to carny out"second classroom"modeling teaching practice research in primary schools,study the mode of primary mathematics modeling teaching,explore the possibility of modeling pupils,and develop professional teachers.And it has an important guiding significance for students to apply mathematics awareness training.This article includes five parts altogether:The first part is the introduction;the second part is to elaborate the related concepts of mathematical modeling and the related description of”Second Classroom";the third part analyzes the current situation of elementary modeling teaching through comparative literature,and made a reasonable positioning on the goal,content and method of Modeling Teaching in the Second Class;The fourth part gives the teaching cases of"Second Class",the cases of students'independent modeling activity and the after-class practice of students;The fifth part summarizes the experience of modeling teaching in"the second class",clarifies the mode of teaching in modeling of primary school,the problems of reflection research,and the prospect Pupils mathematical modeling of the future.
