With the development and improvement of the market economy,competition among enterprises is no longer just about product competition.Customer resources have become an important factor affecting corporate profits and competitiveness,and customers are increasingly having an impact on enterprises.Enterprise competition has ushered in a customer-centric era of super competition.In order to adapt to the needs of real development,in the past few years,the accounting field has carried out many researches on customer assets.The profit of the enterprise comes from the customer.If the enterprise wants to win in the competition,it must pay attention to the importance of the customer.The customer asset reflects the lifetime value of the customer,and the enterprise should pay attention to the management and operation of the customer's assets.This paper takes Huatu Education as the research object,analyzes the characteristics and value composition of Huatu Education's customer assets,and evaluates and calculates the customer assets.It points out the problems existing in Huatu Education's customer asset management and customer asset value,and tries to improve the management of customer assets through scientific improvement,and it is feasible for Huatu Education Enterprise to more efficiently acquire customers and segment enterprise customers,and scientifically manage customer assets.The countermeasures and suggestions hope to help enterprises solve the real problems in customer asset management and improve the quality of customer assets,thus realizing the long-term development of the company.Through the calculation of the value of customer assets and the analysis of the value enhancement methods,it is clearly pointed out that the enterprise needs to improve the value of the customer's assets,and enhances the customer assets from the three dimensions The value of the company to increase the company's customer assets,the benefits brought to the enterprise,and enhance the market competitiveness of the company.
