With the spread of life-long education,the theory of post-service Training training of teachers has received increasing attention,and the practice of post-service training in various schools has also been carried out in full swing.In particular,with the advancement of China's comprehensive deepening reforms,the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" and "China Education Modernization 2035" have been successively introduced,and the development of vocational education has come back to the spring.For all higher vocational colleges,it is particularly important to construct a reasonable post-service training system for teachers that is compatible with the requirements of social development;For individuals,scientific and reasonable post-service training plays an important role in promoting their overall development and is also a positive response to the life-long learning society.Judging from the current situation in our country,the overall level and quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges are not optimistic,the post-service training system and related policies are not perfect,and the effect of post-service training for teachers is not good.In order to promote the development of higher vocational education,it is necessary to break through the bottleneck of the traditional teacher training system,establish a scientific and reasonable post-service training system for teachers,and formulate new strategies for the development of post-service training for teachers in the context of life-long education.Based on the investigation of the post-service training needs and the fulltime teachers in higher vocational colleges in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current post-service training and puts forward suggestions for promoting the life-long development of vocational teachers.This research is based on the concept of life-long education,starting from the three dimensions of theoretical knowledge,professional skills and training acceptance,then considering and exploring the post-service training of teachers in higher vocational colleges in China from the horizontal(content scope)and vertical(career development stage),and comprehensively reflecting the status of the unbalanced and underdeveloped old-style teacher training,so as to improve the post-service training system of teachers and put forward some constructive ideas and countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the background of the topic and the significance of the research.It briefly introduces the new challenges of the current life-long education concept to the development of higher vocational education which draws the core subject of this thesis--the new post-service training of vocational college teachers in China under the concept of life-long education mode.The second part introduces relevant theories,concepts and research significance,and clarifies the basic issues of teachers' post-service training.The third part investigates and analyzes the current situation of post-service training for teachers in higher vocational colleges in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,and analyzes the needs of teachers' time training from three dimensions of theoretical knowledge,professional skills and training acceptance by means of questionnaire survey and interview.The fourth part is the analysis and discussion of the survey results of teachers' post-service training in higher vocational colleges in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,to find out the main existing problems which can provide research countermeasures and ideas for the following.The fifth part puts forward some countermeasures to improve the post-service training of teachers in higher vocational colleges in China that based on the three levels of the state,schools and teachers: Increasing the promotion and popularization of the concept of life-long education;Improving the policies and regulations of post-service training for teachers in higher vocational colleges;Establishing provincial higher vocational teacher-training base;Formulating the system of annual examination of teacher qualification certificate in higher vocational colleges;Changing the running idea of higher vocational colleges;Standardizing the post-service training management system;Setting up post-service training incentive and feedback mechanism;Improving teachers' initiative and enthusiasm in post-service training;Formulating career planning in line with the professional development of higher vocational teachers.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference and research value for the professional,standardized and rationalized track of the post-service training of higher vocational colleges teachers in China.
