Research On The Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneurial Performance Of Female Entrepreneurs

Since the reform and opening up,the number of women entrepreneurs in China has increased,and the development of women's entrepreneurial activities has been rapid.The economic benefits brought about by women's entrepreneurial activities are also obvious to all.In China,compared with male entrepreneurs,the female group has always been in a relatively weak position,and women must pay attention to their work while paying for the family.As the saying goes,"Women can top half the sky",in the context of "mass entrepreneurship,innovation",with the continuous development of women's entrepreneurial activities,women's family status,economic status,and social status have been improved to some extent.Based on Maslow's demand theory,this study divides entrepreneurial motivation into three types: survival,development and self-realization.Women entrepreneurs from Taobao platform are selected as research objects,and structural equation models affecting entrepreneurial performance are constructed.Data samples needed for the study were collected and statistical analysis was performed on the recovered questionnaire data using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0.The statistical results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested,and then the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance variables is verified by the structural equation model.The following conclusions are drawn: the results show that among the three entrepreneurial motives,survival entrepreneurship Motivation has no significant impact on entrepreneurial performance.Both developmental entrepreneurial motivation and self-fulfilling entrepreneurial motivation have a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.This study explores the influencing factors of entrepreneurial performance based on the perspective of entrepreneurial motivation,and attempts to construct a theoretical analysis framework for evaluating women's entrepreneurial performance from the background of China's entrepreneurial environment,enriching the analytical perspective of women's entrepreneurship theory in China.The theoretical framework aims to reveal the reasons for the differences in entrepreneurial performance of some female entrepreneurs in China's entrepreneurial environment,and strives to provide some theoretical guidance for future entrepreneurial entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial practice activities.
