In this study,the questionnaire was used as a survey tool by using the "Cognitive Attitudes of Middle School PE Teachers and Their Influencing Factors in the Perspective of Social Cognition".The six dimensions of the questionnaire were determined by factor analysis method,and the teaching knowledge of high school PE teachers in Yantai City was carried out.Analyze and study the differences,characteristics and influence factors of attitudes.To understand the main factors of physical education teachers' cognition attitude and influence on education and teaching,and to provide reference for teachers' self-cognition as a whole.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The analysis shows that the cognitive attitudes of middle school teachers are at a relatively high level.There are also some differences between the various dimensions of the teaching and cognitive attitudes of middle school teachers.The specifics are as follows: the cognitive attitude of teachers' teaching implementation ability and the utilization of teaching resources.The cognitive attitude is relatively high,the cognitive attitudes perceived by the teaching objects and the cognitive attitudes of teaching method selection are at the upper-middle level,while the cognitive attitudes of the teaching design concept and the thermal cognitive attitudes of the teaching objectives are relatively Lower level.2.Among the teachers of middle school physical education teachers,the number of male physical education teachers in middle school is much larger than the number of female physical education teachers;the age structure of middle school physical education teachers is the most in the age group of 31-35 years old.At this stage,teachers are also experienced.The stage of coexistence of energy;the number of teachers with more than 10 years of teaching;the majority of physical education teachers in secondary schools are undergraduate graduates,but the development prospects of graduate students are relatively large,and the trend is greatly improved;the structure of teacher titles is in line with the development needs of secondary schools.Sporadic;the overall middle school teacher team structure is reasonable.3.Teachers can use and familiarize with the basic content and methods of teaching,but after class analysis and anticipation,the unexpected events in teaching can not havea good cognitive attitude;teachers' understanding of the three-dimensional goals is very clear.However,it is not comprehensive enough in practical application and combination;the teaching of reasonable use and use of classroom resources is not enough for the innovation of resources to be improved;teachers have better spiritual style,organizational ability and motor skills,but There is a lack of feedback in teaching.Through questionnaire survey,it is found that students' own factors,school resource factors and incentive system factors are the main reasons that affect the cognitive attitude of physical education teachers in middle schools.5.Defining the purpose of development in depth,improving the internal driving force of development;establishing a communication platform for middle school teachers and students;enhancing assessment requirements and increasing incentive measures;improving social status and enhancing professional reputation have a good help to improve the cognitive attitude of middle school physical education teachers.
