Physical condition is not only a primary guarantee of participate in everyday life, but also a essential guarantee and material base of realizing the development of students from all aspects.It has become an important factor in the development of a society as an important link in fostering reserve sports talents.So,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of base index of physical cognition based on the the study of physical cognition of junior middle school students in Yanji city. The study aims at studying physical cognition of junior middle school students and the relation of sports attitude, and it analyzes on the influence of physical curricular reform deeply. This paper studies junior middle school students in Yanji city as the research object.The questionnaire survey is conducted by using selecting the classes as a creative method,issuing a total of 840 questionnaires, 748 valid questionnaires. And the effective recovery rate was 89%. We can get the data by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, list due to variance analysis,One-way ANOVA and other statistical analysis. The results as follows:most students are in Grade 8 in ordinary schools;60% will decide to play sports with their family;most students like physical curriculum at school.Also, students have a high level of cognition of physical attitude.They think sports is important because it can bring up the correct conception of sports and techniques whlie it can give people a sense of achievement.But, we should improve in devotion of sports.Junior high school students of different gender and schools, their physical condition cognition have significant differences; Boys, who often go to do sports together with their family members, and like physical education have higher performance in sports attitude; The study founds that, if the degree in regular exercises of family members is higher, their children’s amount of exercise is relatively much more; Although the degree in physical condition cognition of the girls is higher, it is obviously lower in sports participation than that of boys. It is suggested that, school physical education should advocate and encourage students to take more actions to participate in sports, and develop a good habit of taking exercises regularly in order to achieve the condition that the whole people are healthy.
