Problems In The Etiquette Education In Primary Schools And Countermeasures

Civilized etiquette is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation.It has been promoted by the ancestors.For this reason,China has won the reputation of “the state of ceremonies.” As a basic quality of the nation,etiquette shows the degree of civilization of a country and a nation.With the development of the times,people are increasingly demanding civilized etiquette.In recent years,the lack of etiquette of primary school students has occurred frequently,which brings great challenges to etiquette education.The state and the government attach great importance to the etiquette education in the primary school stage and have promulgated relevant documents to make relevant provisions on the objectives and contents of the etiquette education in the primary school.The primary school stage is the basic stage of receiving education,and it is also the key period of behavioral development.At this stage,the etiquette education will help the primary school students develop good etiquette habits,regulate their own etiquette behaviors,and cultivate the morality and morality of the primary school students.Health has far-reaching effects,and it also helps to improve the etiquette education in the primary school,so that the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation can be better passed down.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the etiquette education in primary schools.This paper takes a primary school in Yantai City as an example to study the etiquette education in primary school.First of all,by consulting relevant literature,we have a basic understanding of the current research status of etiquette education.Secondly,through the use of questionnaires,interviews and observation methods,the investigation of primary school etiquette education and primary school etiquette education is conducted,and the results of the survey are analyzed to find out the problems in primary school etiquette education.By analyzing the results of the current situation of primary school etiquette education,it is found that the main problems in primary school etiquette education are as follows: First,the school's goal of etiquette education is not clear;second,the school has no special courses and full-time teachers;third,school etiquette education The method is not appropriate;the fourth is the lack of evaluation mechanism for etiquette education.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: First,theschool lacks a correct understanding of etiquette education;second,the school does not pay enough attention to etiquette education;third,the concept of “test-taking” makes school education “smart and light”;Fourth,school etiquette education lacks long-term effectiveness.Combining with the problems existing in the current primary school etiquette education,it puts forward relevant countermeasures for the development of primary school etiquette education.There are five aspects: First,the school should clarify the goal of etiquette education and formulate the content of etiquette education;second,the school must improve the teaching staff.To improve the level of teacher etiquette;third,teachers should play the role of the classroom,pay attention to the penetration of disciplines;fourth,schools should expand educational channels and create a ceremonial atmosphere;fifth,schools should establish a multi-evaluation system for etiquette education.
