In recent years, the correct leadership of the CPC Central Committee, State Council and strong, driven by the development of secondary vocational education has been rapid development, has become an important part of our c ountry’s secondary education. Bainianshuren, educating Germany first, face ideological and moral qualities generally poor condition of vocational students, how to work effectively carry out t heir moral education, improve their ideological and moral qualities of the a dverse party and government attach great concern, which is the current one vocational school moral education workers faced arduous and complicated task. Chinese known as "ceremonies" said the world, rites and heavy instrument is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. Ritual as a basic norm of conduct and life skills that can guide people to strengthen their morality, culture people good moral character.This paper is in review, reference, based on the large number of documents, in my classroom management and teaching practice ritual is based, along identify problems, analyze problems, problem-solving ideas accomplished. First summarize the current vocational students mainly ceremonial Anomie, one grooming, manners are not standardized, the lack of basic etiquette; the second is self-centered, I do not know understand the care and respect, etiquette conscious indifference; three is not strict with themselves, and not to know, the lack of ritual self-awareness. Then the causes of these problems from four fa milies, schools, social and vocational students personal and other specific analysis. Then combine my teaching practice, propose solutions to these problems, one is t o strengthen home-school communication, guide parents emphasis on family education; the second is to strengthen school education, to create a good atmosphere for education; three is to optimize classroom teaching, classroom play Major Field; 4 is to guide self-education, the transition from being proactive trend; Fifth, strengthen cooperation and social forces, to build collaborative multi-vocational students etiquette education system. Finally, a brief summary of my school gratifying achievements made after the above measures, as well as reflection and recommendations vocational students etiquette education work in the future.The innovation of this paper is based on my teaching practice etiquette education as the basis, the complete proposed a comprehensive system of effec tive vocational students to improve the problem of breaching etiquette etiquette measures current, how to more effectively carry out vocational students etiquette education, improving vocational students etiquette norms with regard to the problems put forward their constructive comments.
