As the old saying goes,"A country will be prosperous if she advocates etiquette, a family will become flourious if it advocates etiquette, a person will have integrity if he advocates etiquette, a heart will stay calm if it pursues etiquette". The traditional virtues of the Chinese nation--civilized manners, which the Chinese nation has always been carried forward, is the main reason why China is dubbed the "ceremonies" in the world. The national etiquette literacy represents the degree of civilization of a country, etiquette education bears the mission to inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese virtues. Primary education laid as the foundation stage of a person’s basic stage of education, plays as the role of culturing socialist citizens enlightenment etiquette education. In such an important period, a good moral character and etiquette education on primary students, has a profound impact on improving the quality of the national culture, ideological and moral cultivation, as well as a healthy body and mind. Pupils, not only inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese cultural etiquette, but also are the new force of the new era of etiquette education. Therefore, pupils etiquette education research is of great significance.At present, Luzhou City is to create a civilized city in Sichuan, once successfully created, the living environment and ecological environment can be further optimized, allowing people to live and work in peace and contentment, forming a situation that civilized city and civilized people promote with each other and blend symbiotic harmony. It is everyone’s responsibility. In such a critical period, it is so necessary to study the etiquette education in primary schools, to propose appropriate implementation for them to identify pupils etiquette education problem, at the same time to propose etiquette educational approaches and strategies to improve pupils’ etiquette literacy, providing a strong back-up support for the creation of a civilized city.Therefore, A primary school, in Luzhou City is selected as the research object. Firstly, based on the analysis of contemporary the pupils etiquette education characteristics,this thesis adopts bibliographical research, interviewing method, questionnaire method and observational method, through surveying of A primary school to obtain etiquette education data and analyzing the current situation of pupils etiquette education, and exploring the problems and find the necessary and urgency for primary school.Then analyze to produce pupils etiquette education dilemma reason, then elaborated the functional goals of the pupils etiquette education content, the proposed solution to the plight of the scientific and reasonable ideas. At the end, this thesis finds ways and strategies for the implementation of the etiquette education of pupils, and hope can provide effective theoretical guidance for etiquette education, by the way improve the effectiveness of the education of primary school etiquette.Hope to contribute to innovation and the development of primary school etiquette education and school moral education theory through the study of primary school etiquette education. Expect more etiquette education researchers in Primary etiquette education to inject more innovative ideas. Hope this research helps guide the pupils etiquette education and ethical practice, promote the all-round development, expanded in-depth guidance to help primary school etiquette education, and to enhance the quality and level of education of the pupils etiquette, etiquette education as well as the majority of schools reference to promote the building of a harmonious socialist system.
