Etiquette is one of the precious heritage of world civilization, is great crystallization of nature. China is famous for its reputation for "Etiquette", and has created colorful tradition culture of etiquette in all periods of the world, the excellent cultural tradition needs inheritance and developing from generation to generation. Teachers as the transmitter and creator of national spirit, is bound to take the responsibility. This thesis describes the meaning, content, features and educational value of the contemporary professional etiquette of primary school teachers, mainly from the origin of the etiquette in china and foreign, the etiquette’s educational history and its education value, etc. The author investigated the status of primary school teachers’ professional etiquette in Chongqing and found the problems and its fundamental cause, And in accordance with the reasons the author put forward advices to promote the primary school teachers’ professional etiquette. This thesis argues that the teachers’ etiquette includes image etiquette, language etiquette, workplace etiquette and social interaction etiquette, and the most important is appearance, expression,manners and instrument of words; Taking S primary school as an example, using interview and observation research the present situation of the elementary school teachers’ professional etiquette culture in Chongqing. It points that the current situation of primary school teachers’ lacking of professional etiquette knowledge and training characteristics and existing problems, such as: some primary school teachers do not take the etiquette culture knowledge as importance, the wrong solutions for the meaning of teachers’ professional etiquette; the lack of elementary school teachers’ professional etiquette training and etiquette training system is not perfect and there is "follow suit" disrelish, etc., And then separately from restore thought of the primary school teachers, straighten the etiquette view; strengthen the etiquette training, shaping a good image; create a primary school teacher etiquette training evaluation mechanism; strengthen the construction of the elementary school campus etiquette civilization; hold primary school teachers’ professional etiquette training event; Attaches great importance to college students’ etiquette education, strive to do it for a rainy day. In total, six aspects are analyzed to solve problems existing in the contemporary elementary school teachers’ professional etiquette culture. This study, let me deepen the understanding of primary school teachers’ professional etiquette of Chongqing. the research conclusion of this paper should have the positive significance to improve Chongqing and even the contemporary elementary school teachers’ professional etiquette culture.
