Normal education is a professional education cultivated by teachers and plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of teachers.The national level also responded to the relevant issues of teacher training,and issued the "Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening the Construction of Teachers' Team",clearly stating that in order to standardize and guide the construction of teachers' majors,the Ministry of Education decided to first carry out the three provinces of Jiangsu,Henan and Guangxi.Pilot work on professional certification of normal schools.From the new perspective of core literacy,it provides a new concept for talent cultivation,and also provides a new impetus for China's education reform and development.Therefore,how to cultivate the core literacy of normal students is a question worthy of consideration by higher normal colleges,and it is also a crucial content.This paper takes the core literacy as the starting point,and through the literature analysis method,the investigation method and the case analysis method,it discusses the core literacy of the normal students who adapt to the future social development and change.Based on the in-depth analysis of analyst professional certification standards,this study combines the characteristics of the times and the new trends of education development,and initially constructs the core literacy system of normal students from four aspects: practicing teacher morality,learning teaching,learning to educate people,and learning to develop.There are eight dimensions of education,ethics,teaching ability,teaching evaluation,understanding of students,effective feedback,self-reflection,and career planning.Based on this,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to understand the status quo of the core literacy training of the normal education students of G University.Through the use of SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis,the results show that the cultivation process is based on the curriculum,not only to create a good cultural atmosphere to cultivate teachers' morality,to improve the teaching ability of normal students through educational practice,but also to enhance the class activities and “small teacher” activities.The ability to educate people,at the same time in the form of class meetings to promote normal students to exchange reflection and career planning.It is a common phenomenon that the talent cultivation process in higher normal colleges needs to be improved.Through research and analysis,we can know that the cultivation of core literacy of normal college students in G university has the following problems: the position ofteacher's morality in top-level design is not prominent,and the evaluation methods,practice proportions,teaching methods,etc.in the educational practice link need to be improved,teachers are in normal students.There is no targeted guidance in life and psychology,and the teacher's own ability to reflect is weak.The reasons for the above problems are related to the fact that the practitioners' morality is not clear,the practical teaching links are not perfect,the teachers' understanding of core literacy is not in place,and the normal students have no clear goals for future development.Based on this,combined with the society's demand for education,improve the path of core literacy training for normal students: attach importance to teacher moral education,establish a core literacy concept;improve practical teaching links;enhance publicity,change teachers' concepts;improve cultural environment and strengthen teachers' education The edification.In order to provide targeted guidance for the core literacy training of normal college students in higher normal colleges,and promote the development of education in China.
