Objective: The development of basic motor skills in early childhood plays a vital role in their physical and mental development.During this period, basic motor skills such as running, jumping and throwing gradually grow and become skilled, laying a strong foundation for individual lifelong sports. Our country pays more and more attention to the development of children's movements. In the "Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6",children's "health" is placed at the top of five goals. In the "learning and development goals",three goals are put forward for the development of children's movements, which promotes the formation of children's basic movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, climbing and climbing.Nowadays, when many researchers study children's running, jumping and throwing skills, they often use speed, time, distance, height and other indicators to describe the development of movement.Based on the theory of human action development, this paper describes the typical characteristics of the three basic motor skills of 4-6 year-old children: running, jumping and throwing by using sequence method. At the same time,it analyses the differences of different age children's running, jumping and throwing levels at the same time, and explores the intervention effect of children's interesting track and field Games by using teaching experiment method. In order to provide theoretical support for the creation of relevant preschool education curriculum, and promote children to form the correct basic movement mode of running, jumping and throwing. Methods: The methods of documentation, video analysis, mathematical statistics, sequence, test and experiment were used. One kindergarten was randomly selected from five kindergartens of Guangxi Military Region Kindergarten,Nanning Panlongju Kindergarten,Nanning Banking Arts StarKindergarten,Nanning Xueyong School, and the third kindergarten of Guangxi District Organs.A total of 110 children aged 4-6 were randomly selected as experimental subjects and divided into experimental group and control group.Under the condition of ensuring the basic consistency of extracurricular activities, time and load, the experimental group was intervened by 4-month-long children's interesting track and field games, while the control group was given the teaching content of Kindergarten-based sports. Before and after the experiment, all children's skill levels were tested and videotaped.QQ video software was used to observe and record the slow motion video of children frame by frame. The single motion was replayed repeatedly and analyzed. The video sequence method was used to describe the situation of running, jumping and throwing of children before and after the experiment,as well as the change of characteristics in the development of basic skills.Microsoft Excel is used to collect and sort out the original data tested, and SPSS 20.0 is used to establish a database for analysis and processing. All data were expressed in(+S).Paired sample T test was used to detect intra-group differences, and independent sample T test was used to detect inter-group differences.Result: After analyzing the infant's running, jumping and throwing movements, the proportion of infant's running, jumping and throwing in the three stages in the experimental group was higher than that before the experiment, and the proportion of infant's running, jumping and throwing in the first stage was significantly lower than that before the experiment. The results of running, jumping and throwing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P < 0.05).After the experiment, the results of running in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The results of jumping and throwing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)From the experimental intervention effect, the intervention ofchildren's interesting track and field games has achieved good results. Before the experimental intervention, the infant's movement pattern appeared serious unstable, uncoordinated and unstable phenomena, lack of leg strength and poor sense of direction. After the experimental intervention, the coordination ability of upper and lower limbs swing during running was improved. The standing long jump shows certain sequence, stage and direction. In the process of throwing,it shows poor stability, coordination and fluency of movement, and poor perception of lateral step, torsion and so on.In the experimental group, the mean value of 10-meter run-back for 4-5-year-old children decreased by 0.43 s,and that for5-6-year-old children decreased by 1.44 s.The average value of standing long jump increased by 10.93 cm at the age of 4-5,8.64 cm at the age of5-6,1.35 m at the age of 4-5 and 1.49 m at the age of 5-6.(2)Intervention of children's interesting track and field games teaching has significant influence on running speed, long jump distance and throwing distance.(3)Running,jumping and throwing skills of 4-6-year-old children have been well developed under the intervention of children's interesting track and field game teaching. From the aspects of the process of completing the action and the level of performance of the action skills, the teaching effect of children's interesting track and field game is better than that of Kindergarten-based sports teaching.
