| Running is a systemic exercise.Regular running can not only enhance one’s cardiopulmonary function,promote metabolism,but also eliminate physical and mental fatigue as well as exert a certain effect on improving the nervous system.For young children,running can not only strengthen the muscles of the limbs,waist and abdomen,but also promotes the development of the brain.Besides,it has far-reaching significance in cultivating the Perseverance quality of the young children.The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of the running movement development of children aged 3-6 years,design and carry out targeted intervention programs accordingly.This research adopts the literature method,test method,experiment method,interview method and other research methods.Using two-dimensional camera technology,252 children aged 3-6(123 males,129 females)were involved in taking photos of running actions.With the combined qualitative and quantitative research method,this research divide the differences of children’s running movements(from low to high levels of movement development: stage one,stage two,stage three)at different ages and stages.Then,children from the Liu Shikun Music and Art Kindergarten in Beijing were selected from the small,middle and large classes divided into the experimental group and the control group Randomly.A total of 138 children were assigned as experimental subjects,and experienced 8-week intervention experiment.Finally,conclusions were drawn as the following:1.The running movement of children aged 3-6 can be divided into three stages.Specifically,stage one: the children’s running movement is unstable,the arm swing is small or no swing,the pedaling force is small,the upper and lower limbs are not coordinated,etc.Stage two: the child’s running movement is relatively stable,the arms are straight on both sides of the body,and the swing range is obvious,The pedaling strength is sufficient.Stage three: the running action is similar to the adult action mode,the arm swing range and the pedaling range are sufficient,and the upper and lower limb coordination ability is improved.2.There is a correlation between 3-6 years old children’s running movement development level and age.That is,the movement development level gradually matures with age,but they are not in linear relationship.To be more specific,most of the running movement development of 3-4 years old children is at the stage one level,and the girls’ movements are slightly better than that of the boys.The 4-6 year old boys have rapid development of movement and are relatively better than the girls.At this stage,the movement development level of children is mostly concentrated.However,at the second and third levels,only a few children’s movement development stays at the first level.3.Through the 8-week sports game intervention,the children in the experimental group of small,middle and large classes have achieved better performance,mainly because the children’s arm swing amplitude,leg strength and upper and lower limb coordination ability have improved during running,and the performance of the ten-meter turn-back run have been improved. |
