This study summarizes the current research on the psychological changes of athletes in the face of stress in all mindfulness training,and descriptive analysis of the influencing factors of competition pressure,in order to provide existing literature on mindfulness training and athletes' psychological adjustment.The latest comprehensive analysis,and based on the statistical significance obtained,analyzes the true correlation between various influencing factors and competition pressure,so that researchers who are interested in the field in the future can understand the specific and quantitative research on the stress of mindfulness training in competition.At the same time,the researchers found clear and effective comprehensive summative quantitative research in the study of the mindfulness training to alleviate the pressure of competition.In this paper,through the method of quantitative meta-analysis of meta-analysis,in Web of Science,1425 articles(search time range 2009-2018)were searched for keywords such as mindfulness training and competition pressure,according to meta-analysis.The criteria are included in the relevant literature and the corresponding statistical techniques are used to derive the stress and related factors of the mindfulness training(self-awareness,sports concentration,post-exercise recovery,reappearance of past failures,audience,time)Quantitative results are given by the comprehensive index effect values of the uncertainties and self-confidences.The analysis shows that(1)the effects of self-awareness under the training of mindfulness range from 0.25 to 5.14.The fixed effect of self-awareness within the group after intervention was 1.73(p = 0.05).95% confidence interval(CI)=1.21-2.48,indicating that after the mindfulness training,the mindfulness training participants are more effective in self-awareness than the traditional intervention mode;(2)OR(fixed effect amount)processing effect size of the mindfulness training focus Force effects range from 0.33 to 17.77.After the mindfulness training,the overall effect of concentration in the group was 3.57(p = 0.18).95% confidence interval(CI)= 2.34-5.46.This effect value is in a high range,indicating that after the mindfulness training,the mindfulness training participants are much better at the self-reported concentration than the traditional intervention control group;(3)the total recovery of the exercise in the group after the mindfulness training The effectamount was 2.18(p = 0.15).95% confidence interval(CI)= 0.99-4.78.This effect value is in a high range,indicating that after the mindfulness training,the mindfulness training participants performed much better in terms of recovery of exercise than the traditional intervention control group.That is,self-awareness,concentration,exercise recovery and mindfulness training are significantly linked,and there is a high effect amount.Through this study,it is found that mindfulness training can alleviate the competitive pressure of athletes by intervening in self-awareness,concentration,and exercise recovery.Coaches and related sports staff may not be able to scientifically find the true influence of each training stage when they are working on psychological counseling for athletes.Through the problem of the psychological state of the mobilization,the relevant personnel of this study can know which factors are affecting the psychological state of the athletes,so that the athletes can improve the training effect or the performance of the competition and promote the normal development.
