And randomly divided into control group D–(using naturalrestoration), group H--active rest group (by walking, jogging and distraction pullthe recovery method), group Y--instrument restoration group (using upside downhigh magnetic vibration recovery training device), group Z--comprehensiverestoration group (using active rest and recovery device) total of four.Methods: Subjects have been developed according to tennis training program,according to the requirements to receive the same content of high intensity exercise,heart rate, then collecting skin two domains, rapid response, grip strength that several physiological, biochemical index to analyze the training of sports fatigue andregression. The measurement of time sequence before training, training, trainingimmediately after fifth minutes after the end of training, after fifteenth minutes,twenty-fifth minutes after the end of the end of the training. Skin two fieldvalues: Instrument recovery group compared with control group with significantdifference (P <0.05), the integrated recovery group and control group compared withthe active rest group and control group significant difference (P <0.01); compared tothe significantly decreased, but no significant difference. Rapid response: theinstrument recovery group and recovery group and control group compared with thesignificant difference (P <0.05); active rest with the control group no significantdifference.(3) Fifteen minutes after training, heart rate: Instrument recovery group andrecovery group and control group compared with the significant difference (P <0.05);active rest and control groups compared to drop, but does not have statisticallysignificant. Skin two-point threshold: instrument recovery group and recovery groupcompared with the control group have significant difference (P <0.05), no significantdifference compared to the active rest group and control group. Rapid response timevalue: Instrument recovery group, and integrated recovery group and the controlgroup compared with the significant difference (P <0.05); no significant differencecompared to the active rest group and control group.(4)The end of twenty-fiveminutes after training, heart rate, instrument groups, and recovery compared with the control group with significant difference (P <0.05), the active rest group with acontrol group without statistical difference; two point domain, the reaction time value:active rest group, instrumentation group and recovery group compared with thecontrol group have no significant difference.(5) The end of the experiment the nextmorning pulse: the instrument recovery group and recovery group and control groupcompared to the significant difference (P <0.05), active rest group compared with thecontrol group decreased significantly, but no significant statistical variation.(6)Comparison of the individual perceived exertion rating scale: instrument group andcomprehensive recovery after the end of the experiment group and control groupcompared to the significant difference (P <0.05), compared to experiment that nightinstrument group and recovery group and control group also has a significantdifference (P <0.05)."Fatigue symptoms determination table" function of symptomfactors: group of instruments and integrated recovery group and control group wassignificant with sex differences <0.05; spirit of the state factor: instruments group andthe integrated recovery group decreased significantly, with the control group,comparison has significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:(1) The use of inverted high magnetic vibration recovery training devicecan speed up the movement of physical fatigue and mental fatigue elimination rate,the effect is very significant.(2)The traditional way of relaxing-activity than the rest, the upside down highmagnetic vibration recovery training device recovery relax, can accelerate theelimination of sports fatigue.(3)Adopt comprehensive recovery method than by using instrument to acceleratethe recovery of fatigue, but characteristic is not obvious, its mechanism still needsfurther analysis and validation.
