Research On Professional Development Modes Of Table Tennis And Badminton In China

This paper analyzes the background of professionalization reform of table tennis and badminton in China,and analyzes the formation of the influencing factors of the government-led development mode in the process of transforming into "professionalism".Through the methods of literature review,historical research,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper combs out the competitive level and the development status of professional league under the government-led,summarizes the successful experience in the development process,analyzes the existing problems and puts forwards some suggestions as follows:1.The contradictions between the original sports system and the transforming economic system,and the constant expansion and complexity of the scale and structure of sports,as well as the formation of the "overseas corps",makes it difficult for the government to handle all sports affairs.Under this social background,the professionalization reform of Chinese table tennis and badminton project was started and the professional league of table tennis and badminton was established.2.Under the guidance of the market and the promotion of the table tennis and badminton association,the government-led professional development model was formed with the strategic goal of winning gold medals in the Olympics.The "administrative" association management system and the slow association materialization shows that the professional development of table tennis and badminton in China has a strong dependence on the government.Under the control of the government,the talent training of China's table tennis and badminton has been guaranteed,but this has also caused the property right conflicts between the professional clubs and the athletes training departments when the athletes are participating in the professional league.3.Under the professional mode of China's table tennis and badminton,the league system reform has been carried out steadily.From the national championship to the club league and finally the super league;from the professional teams of various provinces and cities playing games to represent clubs instead of social enterprises to the completion of the business registration of the club with its own legal representative,as well as the repeated exploration of player transfer system and club promotion and demotion system,the league gradually has some characteristics of professional sports.4.Under the professional development mode,Chinese table tennis and badminton has a strong performance in international major competitions,and meanwhile,the professional league has accumulated certain experience in its management.At present,the overall naming right of the China's table tennis super league and the club naming right have strong investment attraction for social enterprises,and obviously,the table tennis super league has certain brand value.5.The professional development mode of Chinese table tennis and badminton has the dual development goals of meeting the political benefit and pursuing the economic benefit,and the function of the table tennis and badminton associations are in chaos.At the same time,the clubs have the problems of imperfect operation mechanism,unclear property rights and irregular internal management.The single way of reserve athletes training is the root of many contradictions in the professional development of table tennis and badminton.6.The professional development of table tennis and badminton should dilute the concept of gold medals and shift the focus of development to the professional league;Make clear the functions of the table tennis and badminton association,streamline administration and delegate power.On the one hand,the admission standards for the club should be standardized to ensure the construction of the core competence of the club.On the other hand,the league can give the clubs more autonomous rights on the basis of ensuring the uniform standards.The league can make schedule in advance around the Olympic Games in a cycle of four years,and straighten out the relationships between the games providing the business development and operation of the league a conveniences.7.In the reserve athletes training system,we should not only optimize the original three-level training network management system,but also fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all sectors of society to broaden the delivery channels.In particular,the table tennis and badminton associations should strengthen cooperation with education departments and promote the integration of sports and education.
