The Adjustment Of Contemporary Female College Students' Ideological Confusion

The rapid economic and social development of our country has greatly promoted the development of higher education.The proportion of female groups receiving higher education continues to rise.The proportion of male and female students in many colleges and universities is imbalanced.Attention to female groups has become a problem that our colleges and universities must pay attention to.In contemporary society,the role of female groups in all walks of life is becoming increasingly significant.In the future,female college students will enter society,not only as the main force of intellectual women,but also as a force that can not be ignored in social and national construction.However,in the period of social transformation,the complex and pluralistic social environment will impact the ideological concepts of female college students and they will have different degrees of ideological confusion.Then,how about their outlook on life,values,marriage and career,and how to make them get timely psychological guidance and adjustment are of great academic value and practical significance.Based on the investigation of Wenzhou universities and through the data analysis of ideological puzzlement of female college students in five universities in Wenzhou,this paper starts with the ideological status quo of contemporary female college students.Taking the life values,marriage values and professional values closely related to the growth and success of female college students as the three dimensions of the questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes and analyses the manifestations and causes of contemporary female college students' ideological confusion,and on this basis,explores the strategies to adjust female college students' ideological confusion.This paper holds that the ideological perplexities of female college students are mainly manifested in their outlook on life,values,marriage and career.It holds that such ideological perplexities as vague values,neglect of spiritual harmony,and weak individual qualities are extremely prominent.The causes are closely related to social pluralism,the emphasis on technology rather than morality in schools,the spoiling of parents and elders,the guidance of traditional career choices and the self-adjustment of female college students.This paper puts forward the appropriate strategies for eliminating the ideological confusion of contemporary female college students,which mainly include: strengthening gender education,strengthening moral education;optimizing the social environment,clear cyberspace;improving the quality of parents and renewing the concept of career choice;and maintaining a positive attitude and improving the overall quality.This paper looks forward to improving the ideological and political education of female college students through research,which will be more targeted and effective,and better guide female college students to grow up and become talented.At the same time,it will provide some useful enlightenment for female college students to better understand their own shortcomings,clear the direction of their efforts,and to become a modern woman with correct outlook on life and values,love and marriage,and scientific outlook on career as soon as possible.
