In this study,eight senior high school class teachers in Beijing 57 middle school were selected as research objects,and their understanding and practice of moral education were investigated by means of face-to-face interview with the interview outline designed by themselves.First of all,this paper investigates the understanding of the high school head teacher on moral education,including the head teacher's understanding of the content,function,responsibility and concept of moral education and the head teacher's understanding of the challenge of moral education.Through the interview with the senior high school head teachers,it is found that there are the following problems in their understanding of moral education.Some class teachers do not have a good understanding of the value of moral education.Through the interview,the current high school class teacher mainly through: classroom teaching,theme class meeting,individual education,implicit education four ways to carry out moral education.Secondly,it investigates the deficiencies in the moral education work of senior high school class teachers.The effect of practice education is not significant;The function of cooperative education is weakened.Then it analyzes the causes of the deficiency of the moral education work of the class teacher in senior high school.Second,by exam-oriented education;Third,the high school class teacher assumes the heavy duty.In view of the above found in the head teacher moral education in the understanding and practice of the shortcomings,the author tries to put forward relevant Suggestions: the head teacher should seriously study the relevant policy documents,deepen the concept of moral education;Strengthen the function of practical education and broaden the way of moral education work of the class teacher;Close contact between parents and head teachers,broaden communication channels and form synergy.
