Children's learning activities,as an important part of their life,have attracted much attention.The transition from kindergarten to the first grade of primary school is the first important transition children face in their life.The resulting changes in learning forms,learning environments and learning tasks pose new challenges to children.From the perspective of different disciplines and research,it has become an important subject of current education theory research to deeply study the learning inadaptability of primary school students,its influencing factors and intervention measures.This paper takes phenomenological pedagogy as a new perspective,penetrates into the real learning situation of students,reproduces the most real experience and feeling in the learning life of first-grade children,and reflects on the current situation of learning life of first-grade students in education.It is of great practical significance to enrich the research perspective and guide the educational practice of primary school first-grade students in learning problems,improve the survival state of first-grade children,and promote the generation of students' happy learning experience.This paper primary school grade one students with learning as the research object,in Wuxi,jiangsu province,Y primary school grade one students as an example,through the interview method,observation method and work analysis,comprehensive analysis to refine the views of children,with phenomenological perspective construct children study the life of the world,explore the children in the classroom,extracurricular,examination,such as real experience of learning situations,and these experiences the reality of the realm,reveal the reason of corresponding experience.Based on this,this paper proposes educational actions to improve children's living conditions and promote their happy learning experience.The study found that different students have different learning experiences.Students experience classroom,extracurricular and exam learning situations from the four dimensions of time,space,body and interpersonal relationship,and thus construct their own learning and living world.Studies suggest that first-year students different learning experience of producing is closely related to the significant others in their study life,parents upbringing,companionship and learning schedule,teachers' support,psychological sense of security to guide and learning,and the establishment of learning context peer relations,affect their learning experience.In addition,the change of learning environment in primary schools also has an important impact on the learning experience of primary school students.The research suggests that we should listen to children's real needs,actively pay attention to children's real learning life,and improve their learning experience.First of all,parents should establish a sense of role and give their children support and company in study.At thesame time,respect children's needs,the initiative of learning back to the child,rather than one-way arrangement of children's learning life;Lead by example and set a good example.Secondly,teachers should strengthen the construction of their own well-being,in order to take care of every student's spiritual growth,help students to establish a sense of psychological security;Self-restraint education tactful,balance to the student study and the psychological support,provides the student to study the instruction and the psychological care union,pays attention to each student's study to grow.Moreover,raises the student to love the ability,displays the companion in the student study the important value;Define the relationship between competition and cooperation,guide the establishment of peer mutual assistance mechanism,help students form a correct relationship between cooperation and competition;Finally,the formation of a scientific concept of students,children,respect for student subjectivity,the implementation of the "people-oriented" concept;Focus on the correct concept of education,to ensure that education is to achieve "the maximum development of every student";To build a harmonious education ecosystem and integrate all social resources with scientific education system to ensure the healthy growth of students.
