In the era of promoting education quality, how to educate and teach the students with learning difficulties becomes a hot topic which education researchers concern about. Previous research, from the perspectives of psychology and sociology, discussed the types, causes and countermeasures about the students with learning difficulties and achieved fruitful results. This study bases on the theory of the phenomenological pedagogy, uses the lived experience research method, and attempts to understand the learning experience of the students with learning difficulties, reveals the rich significance of those experience and focuses on the life world of the students with learning difficulties. Meanwhile, this study tries to put forward some suggestions for transforming the students with learning difficulties.The study mainly uses the the methods of interview, observation and text analysis during the reaserch. It attempts to refine research themes by collecting, arranging and analysing the interview record, class observation, students’personal diaries and literary works, and finally forms the research result.First of all, the study faces the study life of the students with learning difficulties and makes an explanatory description of the learning experience in the daily learning situation, such as going to school, learning in the classroom and answering questions, doing some exercises, doing homework and taking examination. Then, according to the basic structure of lived experience, the study deeply discusses the learning experience of these students, respectively presents their hard experience of time, bounded experience of space, uncomfortable experience of body and isolated experience of human relationships. Thus the study shows the real situation that the students with learning difficulties in the school are neglected and isolated, and reveals the contradictory growth experience of these students bought by the situation.From that, the paper forms the basic conclusion on the learning experience of the students with learnig difficulties, and proposes that there are some problems in these students’learning: the lack of the sense of security, the serious insufficient of teachers’support and the lag of learn guidance. Finally, in order to make a good understanding of the students with learning difficulties for teachers and help these students improve learning, the paper attempts to put forward four suggestions:1.Uphold the pedagogical intent, understand and respect the students with learning difficulties;2.Carry out learn guidance actively and create a good learning situation for the students with learning difficulties;3.Use the education authority rationally and make a harmonious relationship between teachers and students;4.Reflect continuously in the education activities, using the teaching tact and pedagogical thoughtfulness.
