Since the beginning of the new century,the state has attached great importance to the cultivation of College Students' innovative spirit and practical ability.On the basis of systematically sorting out the relevant practical teaching system at home and abroad,this study explains the core concepts and theoretical basis related to the research,defines the "undergraduate colleges,general subjects of primary education,practical teaching system,practical teaching system of general subjects of primary education in undergraduate colleges and universities and its dimension division",and also defines the general subjects of primary education in undergraduate colleges and universities.The construction of practical teaching system has been planned.Taking the general subject of primary education in Q University as an example,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the personnel training program from 2014 to 2018,and conducts a survey on the undergraduates,University teachers,head teachers,graduate assistants and practice base instructors of the general subject of primary education in the form of questionnaire and interview,and collates and analyses the collected data from five dimensions.It is found that there are the following main problems in the practical teaching system of general subject of primary education in Q University: unclear orientation of practical teaching objectives;lack of rationality in the arrangement of practical teaching content and teaching time;lack of systematic management of teachers in practice base;lack of monitoring system of teaching quality for general subject teachers of primary education;poor communication between project management and executive level;lack of hardware facilities;and Teachers need to be further improved;evaluation methods are single,unprofessional and lack of specific evaluation rules.By taking the general subject of primary education in Q University as an example,this paper makes an analysis of the personnel training program,conducts a survey on the students,University teachers,head teachers,postgraduate assistants and practice base instructors of the general subject of primary education in Q University in the form of questionnaires and interviews,and collates and analyses the collected data from five dimensions,and finds that primary education in Q University is complete.The following main problems exist in the practical teaching system of discipline specialty: unclear orientation of practical teaching objectives;lack of rationality in the arrangement of practical teaching contents and teaching time;lack of systematic management of teachers in practice base;lack of monitoring system of teaching quality for general subject teachers in primary education;poor communication between project management and execution level;hardware facilities and teachers need to be further mentioned.The evaluation methods are single,unprofessional and lack of specific evaluation rules.At the same time,according to the problems found in the research process,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: improving the secondary indicators and observation points of the corresponding teaching objectives,strengthening professional publicity and carrying out professional construction research;adjusting the curriculum structure,keeping the curriculum rhythm step by step according to the needs of students,adjusting the class hours,increasing the training time and prolonging the internship time;and multi-dimensional for students.Degree of help to reduce the adaptation cycle and adapt to the difficulty of teaching;improve the management system of practice base instructors and build out-of-school tutorial system;establish the monitoring system of teaching quality for primary school general practitioners and regularly carry out project summary reports;timely understand the saturation of students' hardware needs,update in time to meet students' needs;strengthen the teaching faculty to meet the needs of Specialty Teachers This ratio;perfect the evaluation system of practical teaching;formulate evaluation index and observation points of practical teaching.This research takes the practice teaching system of the general subject of primary education in Q University as the research object.Based on the empirical research,it finds the problems existing in the construction of the practice teaching system of the general subject of primary education in Q University to a certain extent,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.At the same time,it provides suggestions for the better development of the general subject of primary education in Q University,as well as primary education in other domestic undergraduate colleges and universities.The development of general education specialty provides some reference.
